They did not arrive at the agreed upon time. I had to send a message several hours later to find out why they didn't show up. No explanation was ever given. When the sales guy did arrive, he did not bother getting out a ladder to take a look. He called me 3 minutes after arriving and said it all looked fine. I have three other companies who have given me quotes to replace the roof and have taken the time to do a full inspection.

Working with Eads Roofing was a wonderful experience. They did a great job on our roof, they were done in 1 day and didn't leave one speck of debris behind. Corey, the project manager, was outstanding to work with. He was easy to get in touch with while dealing with insurance or any other questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and we appreciated that he came back to house after the crews were done to inspect and to make sure we were happy with the finished product.

My wife and I needed our roof replaced. We spoke and continued to work with Michael, who was all around fantastic. He came over and explained everything with incredible detail and really know what he was talking about. Not only did we get such outstanding service, it also came in under the other quotes we had. The work and professionalism of Michael and his team made this first time home ownership experience incredibly easy. We will be contact them for any further roof/gutter related work!

If you're thinking about going with Eads Roofing, think no further and just do it. I actually came across Eads when I moved into my house in 2019 for a minor roof repair. James S. suggested that I find a handyman to save me some money and I never forgot that kind gesture. Fast forward 7 months and a few storms later, I had some wind damage that required a roof replacement. Being a first time home owner I did not know what to expect throughout the process but James was thorough and informative every step of the way. Everything about this process was easy. Rob walked me through every step and made sure I understood everything (since this was an insurance claim). The roofing crew was fantastic!! They worked from 6:30am until 9:30pm to get the job done. The new roof looks amazing!! They also did a great job picking up all of the debris (and there was a lot!!!) I highly recommend using Eads for your roofing needs!

Eads Roofing did an outstanding job with replacing the roof and gutters on our home. James was very helpful, friendly, and patient in explaining each step, and worked with our insurance company to make the process easy and seamless. The work was done as part of a home sale, so James provided great communication with our buyer and worked on a tight deadline to get the work completed before closing. The workers were friendly and careful with our property. The roof and gutters look fantastic! Would definitely use Eads for future projects and would recommend to anyone needing a roofing contractor.
