Customer service is absolutely terrible. From the instant they picked up the phone, it felt like I was calling a wrong number. I couldn't even get a quote without them arguing with me about the roof materials. At one point, he told me to go outside and look at my own roof since I didn't understand what he was asking. The funniest part is that the company was still able to provide a quote when I never even answered that question.

Sharing a remarkable transformation. Josh from Bay to Bay Exterior Cleaners just cleaned our terracotta roof and soffits. Once blackened, they now look brand new. We are truly amazed with the results!

They were very accommodating to my last minute need to schedule a roof wash prior to my home being painted. I was assured that the chemicals would not damage the lawn or plants. They bagged the gutter downspouts to prevent most chemicals from saturating the landscape. Washing the roof made such a difference! I am not ready to buy a new roof so they restored the look of this one. Worth it!

We went for the whole enchilada—roof, sidewalk and driveway, screen on our lanai, and a long stone retaining wall. All were done very well. Appreciate the extra effort to remove years of accumulated pollen and mildew on our lanai screen. Roof looks like new. Great job!

I contacted Josh and he responded right away and was explained everything about what they were going to do. He quoted me a price and we made the appointment. They came out, right on time and did a Great Job. My roof looks fantastic. Josh and Adam were very respectful and courteous throughout the entire process. Bay to Bay did an incredible job. We were worried, during the pandemic, to have people over to work on the house. Josh and his crew respected that, communicated to us quickly via text and email and phone. They also were able to give us an estimate and quick outline of what they were going to do and get the job knocked out quickly. Best part is they accept multiple forms of online payments for contactless, quick, and easy payment.

I couldn’t be happier with their service. They’re a professional 2 man crew, that work fast and efficiently. They take good care of your homes vegetation and make sure that the cleaning chemical doesn’t burn out your outdoor plants or lawn.
