From the 1st meeting to going live, they were very thorough, professional, courteous and patient. Everyone was very knowledgeable in their respective positions. Installation crews took extra time to cleanup any debris before leaving. Most importantly, they handled all the permits and approvals needed between the town, state and electric company. Would definitely recommend DayStar Energy.

My rep is Area Manager, Lauren Bell. She went above and beyond to earn my business. I began the process using EnergySage. I had 3 contractors bidding for my business to install a massive 22000 kWh system. I was almost ready to pull the trigger with one of them when I got a call from Lauren. I told her where I was with the best quote and asked her to beat it. She called me a little bit later and not only beat it, but kicked it's butt! She put forward an amazing system with everything I wanted and then some. Then, to top it off, she came to the party with a buffet of financing and payment options

Tony Hodges was my sales rep and did everything he could to win my business mainly because I was on the fence about putting solar panels at my house. He was patient, answered all of my questions and even answered questions I wasn't thinking about. He was never pushy and stayed available through out the process. I remember 2 things that stood out the most; both were at the beginning and have to do with his commitment to his business and customers. First time was he answered my phone call on a Saturday and i could tell he was at some kind of youth sporting event. Once I realized I tried to hurry
