Purchased a home in June 2018. We knew the roof wasn't in great shape but as part of the negotiations the sellers got this "inspector" out to verify the roof wasn't leaking. They made "repairs" to the roof which an 8 year old could have done better, and 1 week after moving in the roof is leaking. Big surprise. Called them, asked them to come out and redo the shoddy repairs and I got a "we will be out there when we can". It's been months!!!
