Palmetto Outdoor Solutions did a great job on our roof! We had been going back and forth with a couple of other contractors that would give quotes they couldn't honor or not even show up to quote or speak with us. Palmetto Outdoor Solutions Roofing was very patient with my family and I as we made the decision for who would replace the roof on our home. Staff was always very friendly. The roofers got to our house at 630 AM and were done by Noon! They spent a couple hours cleaning up, making sure no nails were left on the ground. The price was very reasonable considering we needed decking replaced

We used Palmetto Roofing to put our roof on our new house. We were clueless when it came to materials but knew what color we wanted. They walked us through all of our options and helped us pick out the pretties, well in my opinion, material. We ended up with putting hardy board on and painted it a dark blue/gray color and it turned out so pretty! The workers were there from sun up to sun down to get the project done as we were on a timeline since we didn’t use who our builder typically used.

I called for an estimate on a smaller job. They said they would send someone out in the next week. It has been 4 weeks and no one has shown up. I have called almost everyday since, to see when they might be able to have someone come out. No one ever answers the phone. Its been weeks. This was my first time trying to use this company and I will not try to use them again.

Palmetto came highly recommended to us from a friend, and they did not disappoint! Rodney came to do an inspection, and spent a lot of time reviewing with us what needed to be done, and what did not need to be done. We accepted his estimate, and the work was done carefully, and clean-up was excellent. Their crews were professional and friendly. In fact, one member even offered to paint a new piece of soffit for me, knowing I did not want to climb that high while others were finishing their work. We will be using them again whenever we need services they provide.
