Both my experiences with Browns Roofing were excellent. in 2020 they help with a minor shingle repair and then in 2021 for a roof replacement. Hayden was very friendly and professional and kept me apprised from the claim through the installation. Roofing team were punctual, efficient and left my place free of debris when the finished. Very happy with the service.

This company is fantastic. My original call out was for a small repair to the substructure of the porch roof. Hayden Black came out and looked at the area for repair and sent his witkers to action. They found another small area needing repaired and tackled it as well. Hayden was on top of things the entire process. We than had a conflicting report the roof was in desperate need of repair by a competitor company. Hayden took the time to come out and go over my entire roof and showed me what was in need of repair and what wasn't. He was very honest and professional and could have easily said it needed

I am currently residing in Ohio, and received a dreaded email from my tenant in SC. My roof was leaking and water was coming in the top of the kitchen window. I called Brown's in Rock Hill and they sent out a VERY AWESOME gentleman by the name of Alex. Alex confirmed that not only did I have a leak, but he felt I had extensive hail damage based on his inspection. Alex encouraged me to file a claim with my insurance carrier. Called them out to fix a fallen soffit on my Dormer. Kyle came out and repaired it. Very professional, explained everything in detail as well. Also made suggestions for maintenance I can have done on my roof to keep it in good shape. I would highly recommend Brown's Roofing and will use them again going forward.

I am very much satisfied with the roof replacement.First,let me start with Hayden. A very fine young man.He explained everything involved in my roof replacement in detail.He did not pressure me in any way,just very professional and a pleasure to work with.Browns Roofing has a very special young man in Hayden.His estimate was right on the money.As for the installation crew,they arrived at 7:30 am and set up and hit the roof running and did not stop until they were done including cleanup.They were done and left my house at 2:30 pm.My hat is off to each of them.I was amazed at how fast they did the

This is a great company. Alex came out he inspected my roof and told me I needed a new roof. He was very thorough with me on how they would come out and put my roof on and helping me get the insurance to pay for my roof. The guys worked very hard when they put my roof on and they cleaned up after they put the roof on. My experience with this company was very great. Thank you Alex for all the great work.

We had Brown's roofing replace my mothers roof and are very pleased with the quality of job from them. Hayden was very thorough in explaining the insurance claim process to us and made us comfortable and at ease through the whole process. I wish I had gotten them to do my own roof because the people who did mine didn’t offer as good a product or value. I will be recommending them to whoever is in need of roofing or gutter work.
