A couple of struggling guys seeking independence and a better life providing night delivery out of a pickup truck while working at a local furniture outlet during the day. Starting a business in what we now know was the beginning of the recession wasn't easy, but we soon found a new niche in the moving labor market.
Pack Mule Moving is a full service moving company located in Louisville, KY. We offer moving services for local and long distance moves. We have a careful, courteous crew that specializes in both short-notice and long planned moves. Whether you moving down the street, or the other side of Kentucky, our team has the moving solution you are looking for!
We also offer a moving labor only service. This is for people who may only need help loading or unloading a truck. We will load or unload your PODS container, ABF trailer, UHaul, storage unit, or whatever vehicle you obtain for moving with professional care. We also offer our services for set outs and clean outs.

Highly recommend! They really helped us out of a difficult situation in moving our new (261-lb.) double-sink vanity into our remodeled bathroom from our garage, plus arrived the same day we called to ask about if they could assist. They seemed very experienced and had the right equipment, plus took care & added padding to prevent damaging vanity, flooring, door frames, walls, etc.

Brandon and his crew are amazing! We have used them twice and would recommend them for any job big or small. They showed up on time, we’re extremely careful and completed the job in a timely manner.
Our first move we had to store everything in a storage unit they helped us organize the storage unit so that everything would fit in one unit which was great because it saved us money.
Our second move we moved into our new house. The movers were so careful not to hit our walls or doors. I really appreciated how respectful the movers are. They were careful with our items and our home.

I’m qualified to review Pack Mules based on my most recent experience which was critical for our family’s cross-country move to the Seattle, WA area. It all started with my initial phone call to Pack Mules. Brandon answered (on the weekend AND at the lake) and he walked me through their whole process. Sufficed to say, he put me on the schedule to load our U-Haul, and we made it to WA as planned without a single broken item.

Very quick and safe movers.
Moved back in June of this year. Paid for 2 hours and had a 20 foot truck and was moving to a 2nd floor apartment on a very hot day . They got it done well before the two hours was up.
They made sure all my furniture made it up the stairs without scratches.
Will 100% use them again whenever I move out.

I used these guys a second time and again, amazing. The one guy came again and he was a life-saver. I needed to get all of my belongings in the truck so that I could be out by the 31st but couldn't move in until the 1st. i was expecting to have to fill our cars as well but they somehow, some way managed to get it all in without damaging anything. All in a timely manner.

I hired Pack Mule to help unload a moving truck. The two men arrived 10 minutes early for the job. They worked hard and quickly for the two-hour job. We did have to pay in cash, which I wasn't told on the phone when I scheduled the move, but luckily that wasn't a problem for us at the time. I appreciated their professionalism and how prompt they were. Pretty much all you could ask for!
