Everyone we came into contact with at Decks Plus was friendly and knowledgeable. Deb answered all of our questions via email quickly and thoroughly ensuring we picked exactly what we wanted. When Paul came to inspect the area for the shed, he provided a great recommendation for a landscaper to set up the foundation. The shed quality is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for.

I reached out to Josh at Decks Plus early in the year (2021) to replace my deck railing, waterproof my under deck, and wrap the unfinished support posts - basically one big face lift. Josh and team were AMAZING! Always easy to reach (I prefer using email vs phone calls and Josh was happy to accommodate) and willing to answer all of my questions (even the basic ones). The workmanship is just gorgeous and the price was very reasonable for the effort. It looks like a whole new house! They even helped me navigate my town's permit process (necessary b/c we installed two new support posts). I'm so happy

We were very happy with the new shed we purchased from Decks Plus.
These fine people are patient and easy to work with. Gave us great help and ideas to get the shed just right.
They were accommodating on the delivery date.

Hands down the best customer service around. VERY knowledgeable on their products. Staff assisted us with ideas on my shed (shingle and wood color, transom window locations etc) and really took the time with us asking us just the right questions which assisted us in making our final decision on our perfect shed. My best advice to you is....the bigger the better!; splurge on the next size shed--you cannot have enough space.
