Gallagher Construction is a Design-Build General Contractor in King County, WA. Design-Build is a type of project delivery that puts the designers and contractors on the same team. This is advantageous because it allows the designers to collaborate with the contractor, during the design phase, and present to the client ideas that are feasible and within the parameters of the client's budget.
We utilize the design process in order to identify your needs and to develop a solution custom to you. Custom does not mean expensive; we take into account all components: budget, lifestyle, function, goals, safety, aesthetics etc. to design a space suitable for your everyday life. The beginning of our design services starts with an initial consultation to evaluate the concept and parameters.

The project was great. Both Sean and Adam have excellent design sensibilities, solid project management skills and a fantastic crew of hard working, diligent and talented contractors. They did a beautiful job and handled every bump, question, change and request with grace and care. I especially appreciate that they talked us out of silly ideas that would have looked bad and cost more.
