LeAnn helped me. She was very knowledgeable. I have short legs and so does she so she was able to help me find the right size easier. I bought a Love seat and the brand was England part of the Lazy Boy company made in the USA.

I’ve shopped at Valley Furniture for years. They have a great inventory. I walked in told the lovely sales associate what I was looking for. She was very helpful and not pushy.
Immediately found what I was looking for then arranged prompt delivery of my items.
The delivery team was timely, careful and efficient.

We went in on a research mission looking for several pieces and found a nice selection. The staff was polite and attentive without being pushy and let us look around in peace which we appreciated. We found several items we liked and made notes to come back after getting some measurements at the new place. The store was clean and has plenty of selection but not so crowded you can't move around easily. There is also plenty of parking and is near a major intersection so easy to find. We will be back when ready to buy.

I came in just to look but I loved the couch Lee Ann showed me and got a good holiday price so I bought it. I will definitely shop there again! Thanks Lee Ann--nice people work there!

Went in to look for my daughters Double bunk bed and was amazed by the amount of quality furniture in this store. There’s lots of variety to choose & great price. The guy who helped me out was amazing. Delivery was awesome. I will definitely purchase all my furniture here.

Staff here is great. The difference between shopping here and across the street at ASHLEY is like night and day. I will never deal with Ashley furniture again from now on it will be Valley furniture

Super easy! They were flexible with our two separate deliveries we needed. We live both sets of couches!

Great place!!

Roger was super helpful and friendly with the whole process of finding the perfect couch. This place ships the furniture to your home in 1-2 days after ordering and it's $60 to bring it into your home if you're in the area. And hauling away the old couch is $30. Uhhh yeah I'm doing that!

The delivery guys were pretty impressive too- especially the older man, he was hella stronger than he appears and he knew exactly what to do. It's clearly not his first rodeo hauling around big furniture.

We liked the warehouse approach but I would suggest that you refine the appearance of the front of your store. It looks kind of tacky from the outside. Compare to Ashley and you can see what I mean. I was surprised to see that you have better selections than them.

This place is so great I bought a sofa here for my new place, had it delivered and set up. My experience was fantastic in every way. Buying furniture can be a real pain in the you know what, but with Valley Furniture it's a breeze. The prices are great and the quality is top notch. I initially started the process of looking for a couch in February. Valley Furniture was the first place I went to. I walked in and told the salesperson exactly what I wanted: an over-sized, super comfy couch. She took me directly to a perfect match for what I wanted. A beautiful, comfy, over-sized couch. I've been needing a new couch for months now and everywhere I've looked they have been on back order or take 18 months to manufacture. I was quiet surprised when I walked in the door of Valley Furniture, not only with their huge selection, but with their outstanding customer service.

I took my mother to go shopping with me that day, and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Juan. Now I'm in the restaurant industry so I know great customer service. We ordered our sofa in August and was told the estimated delivery was within 6-9 weeks. We were told the production was delayed due to COVID...but didn't get updates unless we called the first few times and each time a couple more months.

After 4 months of waiting with sofa in sight, we requested to cancel our order and was told that's not an option.

We finally got our sofa SIX MONTHS later!! Be aware.
The sofa seems good quality so far but Here is the quality of the throw pillow we received:

The staff were great, not pushy or hovering. But you're quick to respond to a wave or a glance. My father purchased a chair from Ashley furniture a couple months before this. We were able to get the exact same chair in the same color. For approximately $400 cheaper. And they delivered it to our house the next day. We did not have to wait three weeks like we did with his first chair. Great prices, great service, A great selection. They also have a clearance room.

LOVE THIS STORE. I have bought a lot of furniture through the years here. Free local delivery. I bought my last bed here and a popup coffee table. Good prices!

I forgot her name but she helped us find the correct bed for my mother. Gave us a good deal and made the process easy!

The staff were very friendly, they seem to always have great sales and the delivery drivers were helpful and very professional and did the job quickly, courteous and cleaned up after finishing putting up our furniture.

We have gotten our furniture at Valley Furniture since our kids were toddlers. They have seen our kids grow… up! From the first toddler beds, through full beds, through post-renovation. Now I’m an empty nester and able to choose new furniture that fits my life now.
