I have never experienced a more professional group of people. I had a large, dangerous ash tree hanging not only over my house but my neighbors home. The owners of the company first came out to inspect the tree, gave me a very competitive estimate. So much so, I was hesitiant about their ability. Once the crew came out and began the process of removal, all my hesitation was put to rest.
Kraft Tree Services showed great knowledge and execution when trimming the trees directly next to our house. It was amazing to see their climber scale between two trees with precision. We will definitely use their services again if we need anything in the future! Keeping your lawn and landscape looking great can be as simple as mowing, raking and weeding.
We have been fortunate to utilize the services of Kraft Tree Services for two seasons now. Roger and his crew are incredible. We have 16 acres of heavily forested property in Bayfield, Wisconsin. It is property that has been in my wife's family for 3 generations. However, the woods have never been managed until we found Susan in 2009.

I had a huge cottonwood break off at the base and fall onto my neighbor's much smaller maple tree. This happened on a holiday weekend. My husband and I both tried calling 24/7 emergency numbers and no one returned our call until Roger Kraft. He came and found the best way to get it out without disturbing everything else around it. His men were able to lay this tree trunk down in a very small space between our neighbor's shed and fence without damaging either. They also removed the damage in the neighbor's tree. It was truly amazing! And in the winter, we will have them come again to remove additional

Roger Kraft and his team (including his wife Susan) at Kraft are a top-quality family run operation from start to finish. We've worked with them for 3 summers and they've taken out ~15 trees and large branches for us over that period. We've also received countless loads of quality wood chips. Roger and his crew removed 2 extremely large trees from our yard this week- they did a great job with challenging work, being careful not to harm surrounding landscaping. There was much debris that was also taken away carefully. The crew worked very hard for several days and completed the work in a timely manner. Roger was reliable and clearly has a passion for providing quality services and competitive rates. We appreciated his dedication and expertise.

Roger and his team did a great job removing several trees including a very difficult box elder between two structures. His guys are great and it is amazing watching them work. Did the job on time and for the price we agreed. I have used several tree services in the past and Kraft is right at the top with regard to quality of service and price.

Thank you to the staff at Kraft. They immediately came out and gave us an estimate for the removal of a dead 20ft. pine. As soon as the gas company had marked the yard for digging, they were back with tree removal equipment and a replacement tree. We appreciated the prompt, courteous service and like supporting a local company. We will definitely call Kraft again.
