These guys were so awesome. Sam and Amin both helped me get into the car I wanted! I was hesitant to go alone to buy a car because most dealership are so pushy and aren’t transparent about the sale…. But these guys were amazing!! Even delivered the car to me. Definitely referring anyone looking for a used car here.

I was looking for a car for my teenage daughter. I found a VW Beetle, the perfect first car for her, at a reasonable price and extremely clean. I was leery about the purchase because of an experience at one of the major dealerships trying to buy a different used car. This major dealership listed the price in the AutoTrader (a reasonable price), but they added nitrogen to the tires, added a GPS theft recovery system, and a paint protection film. All of their add-on's added an extra $3500 to the advertised price.

Came in for a car I found on Carfax unfortunately it was sold by the time I got there. I did however find another vehicle which was in great condition. Low mileage. Clean title. Everyone at the location was very helpful and nice. I didn't feel hassled. I walked out with a great price on a great car that even came with free Roadside assistance for a year. My 5 year old loves it and I do too! 😊

They put coolant sealer/thickener in the coolant system in my Car to seal a Leak by the heater core.
Because of their brilliant quick fix to sell a car....
The inside of my whole coolant system looks like an egg (perhaps that's what they used)
My Radiators are only working at 40% capacity and heater core is clogged along with my whole system
Please do not trust this sketchy place like I did.
(PLUS- They know the guys at the dealerships around so don't bother for a PPI like I did)

I did most of my car buying research online, before I ever arrived at the dealership. I knew I wanted a Fiat and American Motors had two at reasonable prices. My emails were answered in a timely manner, my questions answered to my satisfaction. I arrived at the dealership thinking I wanted the yellow Fiat. (It's really cute and has a sun roof.)
A picture of my driver's license was taken and the keys given for an immediate test drive, alone! Who does that in this day and age? It felt nice to be trusted by a stranger.

On 11/19 Ali texted me requesting that I send him $134 via Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay for registration fees. (Mind you, I paid for my car in May. My car was registered in August. First, I purchased the SUV on August 22, 2020 and today is November 10, 2020. I have not received my vehicle registration or tags. I am driving around with expired tags or it seems so. I had to call several times about my car registration, they washed their hands of this and just said "call Carmen our DMV liaison." I called Carmen on October 16, 2020 and my car after 2 months had NOT been registered yet. I felt as if this was outrageous and extremely unprofessional

Worst experience ever DO NOT BUY from these people Ali is a con purchased a vehicle Audi Q5 in March 2020 two weeks exactly it started to leak oil. Called Ali had me take it to his mechanic his own mechanic told me the car had turbo issues and was burning oil. I let Ali know this and all he had to say it is a used car. Which I agree that sometimes you buy a car with the dealer not knowing what is all wrong. But in this case the oil leak had to have been known and the fact that the car was burning engine oil is also something he had to of known about. Long story short the car is now non operable

I came here on a listing they had put online on Autotrader.com. It was quite a different experience than I am usually used to with car dealerships and aggressive sales staff. I believe Samir was the name of the associate that helped me out, I told him what car I was here to see and he got the keys, pulled the car out, and then totally stepped back to give me my space to do my all around inspection of the car. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! This guy literally tried selling us a broken car! He showed us the 2012 teal Ford Focus we wanted and told us it had just been inspected thoroughly and it was in perfect condition but the transmission makes a funny noise sometimes but his mechanic said it was perfectly normal for that model. We took it for a test drive and had it inspected by a mechanic down the street and turns out the transmission was completely done for! We then went back and showed him the error message in the vehicle dashboard coming from it's own computer and he decided to lie to us and change

Even though I didn't buy, yet, I'm still giving Ali and his American Motors 5 stars! He was honest, fair and helpful. He was responsive via email and we had a deal set, but I wanted to make sure my wife was 100% good with the vehicle I found at American Motors, but it didn't work for us. Came to this lot particularly to look at a Truck that we found on CarGuru.
Both Ali's were helpful and were able to work with us to take it home.
We did purchase a 3 year warranty for $2k that covers bumper to bumper ( including engine, transmission and more) .Just to be on the safe side o my because you never know what can go wrong with the vehicle in the future.

American Motors is EXCELLENT. I have never ever said that about any car dealer before in my life. They are HONEST, KIND, and NO B*LLSH*T. We were in and out in like 20 minutes. There was no upsell whatsoever. We got an electric Fiat to replace the leased one we just turned in. The Fiat dealer wanted $20k for that car but we bought one here for just under $9k. SAME CAR. SAME MILEAGE. I can't recommend this dealership more!!!

But twice I received a great, and a friendly welcome from Ali the sales manager (or the owner).
Every time we go to a dealership, salesmen pressure and annoy us with so much info to speed up the transaction, and move on.
But here they were friendly, patient and more importantly welcoming .
