One of my best experience in car purchasing ever!!! From speaking them on the phone to scheduling my arrival to purchasing the car. I was hesitant that once I arrive they will pull out your typical dealers tricks etc. since I drove so far. Both GM Chris and Kevin were the best. Straight forward and no hidden cost or up selling of any source. Very down to earth and I bonded with them right away. Thanks guys for making this purchase so streamline and straight forward. I was in and out in least than an hour. Will definitely continue to purchase from them.

I bought the car which I like 6 weeks ago and they shipped it to me in WA. I haven't been able to drive the car since they haven't provide me a license plate or a title. They got all the money from my bank and I seven weeks ago and they also charged me the tax and license plate fee in advanced. Every time I call Chris the financial manger in New port beach dealership, he says he will call his gal to follow up !! same answer for the last 6 weeks ! It seems they don't really care ! I wonder if they are going out of business again . Do your homework. The Car is very nice but I haven't been able to

I took my car into them July 1st, 2019. I made this appt at the beginning of June. This was for a simple battery software update that should take no more than 1 to 2 hours which they charged me $175. I didn't get by car out till July 21st because they said they got busy and somehow my appt made over a month out didn't give me priority over other business coming in. This was ridiculous and they didn't give me a discount or apologize this was business as normal. I wouldn't recommend bringing your car here they don't offer any free rent a car fyi and they don't seem to

Top notch service and really cool cars! I stopped by with my friend just to check these things out in person. We were greeted with friendly and knowledgeable associates who took us both for a test drive. The cars are way cooler looking than Tesla's and are more fun to drive. If you have not stopped by to try one out, I suggest doing so!

My boss had a recall performed by them and he called me a few hours later after picking up the vehicle and was stranded on a steep incline. It was a very precarious situation where several tow trucks were involved to safely secure the vehicle.
After we got the car back to the shop we found that Karma OC had destroyed wiring in the vehicle and that had made the vehicle stall out! They previously messed up the wires in another vehicle that my boss had driven. 2 out of 4 is not very good odds. Would stay away from these hacks. On Friday my family picked up our new lease of the 2018 Karma Revero from Karma Orange County. The breathtakingly beautiful 2018 Luxury Electric Vehicle of the year is a dream and the process of purchasing the vehicle was a breeze. As a multi Karma owner I was excited when they came to our club at Newport Beach Country Club and then Fashion Island Villas. Been looking forward to having an official Karma dealership that cab service our original Fisker Karmas.
