We use Principal LEDs on all of our projects. We used to use a HUGE name brand that also makes TVs, but found that the quality in Principals are on par and cost less. We gave a presentation to SWA (architect) and showed them a mock up letter using P-LED warm white Street Fighters. Our presentation also illustrates the quality and service we get from P-LED and GSG.

I haven't received the products yet, but so far I am really pleased with their service. I am in the process of fitting LED strip lights in my study and wasn't really sure what I needed, so sent them an email. Their response was super quick with a detailed breakdown and quote of everything so needed, they were also super fast at replying to any questions I about the items they recommend.

Quite awful, chose this company as needed something a bit more premium / subtle. LED strip is faulty before even being installed, the support given almost none existent - advised an install error and cant be of further assistance.
Would have been better ordering something cheaper from Amazon. If could give a zero star I would.

The products seem good but I feel they have difficulties with communication especially when trying to call or email them with an enquiry. The process can become a little frustrating when you need advise on a product and need to order quickly. My first order they delivered to the wrong address and then promised a next day delivery and then 5 days later I received the delivery but by then I had to reschedule all contractors involved for both the fitting profiles and the electrics. I am happy to give them a second chance if anyone picks up their phone :)
