Highly recommend Simply Lights and Fans. From the moment I spoke with Nick I could tell he was the right guy. He quoted me a price and was able to come out. They were on time and prepped the area and covered it to make sure dust and drywall wouldn't get scattered every where. They patched up the area and textured it just like they said they would. Nick and his crewman Jerry were excellent! I had 2 chandeliers I needed to install, hand made, imported from Turkey. This was a very custom installation, the chandelier came without any instructions or hanging hardware. I spoke with Nick prior to our install several times on the phone, and he even stopped by to look at the 2 chandeliers prior to. He brought all the hardware, medallions, junction box, mounting box, and every possible alternative he could think of that we would need. He even gave me some very good advice on relocating the chandelier, even though it meant less money in his pocket

My husband and I cannot praise Nick and Jerry enough for their beautiful, affordable work. Our newly installed ~50 LED recessed lighting now makes the whole house look brighter and bigger. Not only did they cover the entire work area to prevent any household damages, but they also returned all of our furniture and items to its original location after the completion of their work. The installment of our kitchen island lights and recessed lighting throughout our entire home spanned a few days. At the last minute, I requested a light outlet installed in our master bathroom but Nick did not have time

Be cautious with this business. They insist on being paid in cash only. That should definitely raise some red flags. When I asked if I could pay with a check or Venmo the money they refused. After agreeing on a date to do the work, I took time off work to have the work done. As I waited at home, Nick called and said that he wasn't feeling well. If he wasn't well why couldn't he send someone else? Everything seemed suspicious. I believe he got a better job offer and decided to take that one. After that episode, it was one excuse after another for not doing the job. He was very unprofessional

Was on a tight schedule to get recessed lighting done after the other guy I hired flaked I called Nick we had a short conversation about what my needs were and set a time . They were over on time installed all led recessed throughout the place as well as a few additional outlets and ceiling fan setups in each room.
The work was clean and done on time and the pricing was the icing on the cake. Do not hesitate to call these guys !

We used Yelp which gave us four different companies. We discussed our project to take out our old ceiling fan and assemble and install the new one. He also changed out several electrical outlets that needed replaced.
We couldn't have had a better experience. He was on time, clean and very professional. All went well in a very timely manner.

I have never left ANYONE a negative yelp review but WOW! I made contact after having a great recommendation for this electrician and after viewing his Yelp reviews and work. I contacted the "electrician" 8 times within a 2 hr time frame because i am very limited on the time I have to get the installation taken care of. Regardless of anything I never expected to get lectured and on top of that feel belittled because of my small installation job. I feel embarrassed & honestly hurt. No business owner has every made me feel like a child

I recently had a couple LED lights go out on me. Reached out to Nick to see what he can do. Quickly responded and scheduled time to stop by and take of the situation.
Nick & Jerry are awesome and their service is world class. I'll be moving again which means we'll have another project for them lined up.

I'm not one to write reviews either good or bad but I felt the need to write this one because the professionalism and quality of work that Nick and his team conducted at my house. They worked with my crazy schedule and around the unopened furniture boxes in the area where they installed my recessed lights. They provided their professional opinion on the placement of the lights and still allowed us to put the lights where we felt like they would look best. They were even honest in saying that I didn't really need the amount of lights that I asked for therefore they lost money on not installing

I needed 6 recessed lights installed in my living room. Called around a few places and this was the only team that gave me honest and timely feedback. Great workmanship on light installations and wiring. Awesome patching and textures on the wall and the only thing needed is paint it once dry. Well protected work area with throughout cleanup.

Nick installed 17 recessed lights with Philips Hue smart bulbs (I'm so fancy now) + (2) 120 volt outlets above my kitchen cabinets to power LED strips in my 1,100 sq ft. condo. He started the job within 2 days of my initial call and him + 1 assistant completed everything in a day and a half.
I recommend him not just because of the good price and quality but also taking the time to explain important aspects such as why

Can't comment on the quality of their work, because he wouldn't schedule an appointment with me. I think the reason was the job was too small. Then after "still working on getting squeezed in" I never heard back. After that I contacted someone else and got my ceiling fan installed same day and it took 20 minutes.
Could have just told me you're not available and I wouldn't be writing this review.

Nick was 10 minutes early to our appointment (ceiling fan installation) and was very professional! all in all the job was well done, clean, and now my room stays cool in this heat!
i made the mistake of assembling my fan prior, thinking i would save them some trouble and time, but i ended up making it more difficult by doing so. He was totally cool about it, but just a heads up to those of you who are going to have a new ceiling fan installed, don't assemble it and just let them take care of it lol
all in all i am very satisfied with the job and quality of work done. especially for the price

Nick did a great job with my install. He was able to come on very short notice (48hrs) and gave a very accurate over the phone quote. There was no up-selling and he was very straightforward. I asked Nick about angled cans because I have vaulted ceilings and he recommended that I stick with regular cans for my setup.
He showed up on time and put in 8 (4 in the bedroom and 4 in the living room) 4000k LED lights in my apartment in about 6 hours. It took longer and cost a little more than expected because my complex is older and the wiring required some finesse. I appreciate that Nick took his time
