American Reclaimed Floors reestablished in 2014, when opening our first retail store, and since expanding into several different areas through individual local sales representation. Our history with reclaimed wood goes back well before 2008 and the big marketing crash. We were busy saving barns around the country side of Washington, Yamhill, and Carlton Oregon Counties.
American Reclaimed Oak Flooring is sourced from old growth oak trees harvested from late 19th and early 20th century buildings. These large, slow growing trees had tighter growth rings than trees today, providing a finer grain and more rustic finish. To match your unique style our Reclaimed White Oak flooring is available in three different looks.

Best looking real wood floor I have ever had installed. Beautiful grain and finished perfectly. Makes the room look larger and the tight grain makes it easier to keep it clean. Much better than any of the 5 hardwood floors I did in the last 45 years. Delivered right on time and gave me perfect suggestions on finish and maintenance. Couldn't have been better.

We needed a repair done on our floor and Steve the owner came out and repaired our floor. Our floor was not his responsibility, but he found time in his busy schedule to assist us in our project. Bringing us the flooring and then spending several days repairing. The price was reasonable and the work done was just what we needed. Thanks for your time and effort on our project that wasn’t your problem. We appreciated your help and expertise.

Kim at American Reclaimed Floors was great to work with. Very knowledgeable regarding their products. All was shipped in a timely manner. My installer commented how nice their product is and he would recommend it to any of his customers. My experience through the whole process went very smooth. I would buy from them again!

I purchased from them about 4 years ago. At first I thought everything was great. However, they did not truly know their product and what 'oil' was used to make these floors, thus started issues.
As for being reclaimed...They presented some pictures of an old factory, but I'm not sold this is a true story as these are 'freshly milled'. They stated that they would send over some beautiful pictures and a packet of the history of the wood, but of course never did.
The floors are milled and then covered with a LOT of linseed oil that is baked in and soaks into the wood (Later, I was able to speak

Cool product, if you can get them to answer their phone or text messages, or voicemail. Horrible customer service - not professional at all!!! I would stay away from this company. I bought flooring from them but had a nightmare trying to deal with them! Came close to calling my credit card company's dispute department to cancel payment to them.
