There are many options when choosing a pool service. I'd suggest that you choose to go with another service when in the market for a pool tech. Our individual tech was great, but Scott, the owner, was quite difficult to work with. His communication was poor, he was rude with my wife, and wasn't helpful with repairs. I should have looked at this Yelp rating before I chose. I will be using this in the future.

Scott and the entire team at Ranch Pool Service is great! We moved to our home 1 yr ago and so glad we kept this service. They are super responsive if you have any issues and recently installed a new heater for us in a very TIMELY manner/reasonably priced. Adrian is our weekly pool person and she is amazing and good at answering any questions we may have! Highly recommend.

I have been working with Scott for 2+ years and he is 100% customer service driven. His attention to detail and appreciation for his customers is top notch. Scott does my weekly and yearly service as well as upgraded my pump and filter this past year. Its a competitive business here in AZ but I strongly suggest you give Scott an opportunity to earn your business.
