The first time I used them they were OUTSTANDING. I used them for 2 jobs. I cointacted them again about 1 1/2 years ago and it was NOT a pleasant experience at all. We had a great experience with Saul from Blu Hvac. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days, which is awesome for being in the middle of a heat wave. Saul from Blu Hvac Heating and Air came to my home because the air duct in my home is original and after 28 years I thought it might be a good idea to get it replaced. Saul went up in the attic and checked it out and said it all looked good and there really was no reason to replace it. He said he would do it if I wanted him to, but basically it would be just a waste of my money. You got to appreciate honesty like that! What a rare trait that is when dealing with a business! Saul runs a great business. He installed an A/C system for me two years ago and we noticed we were having a problem with it. He was pretty busy so I tried another company first hoping it was an easy fix, two visits later and a bunch of money wasted on another company just making up issues and never actually fixing the problem I ended up calling Saul back.
He helped me find the problem right away and worked with me to get it fixed. The problem was no fault of his, but he worked with us on the price of the fix none the less to get it right. Excellent guy and very honest.

I received professional service from Saul in regards to replacing my furnace. The job was straight forward and so was Saul. He was straight forward, honest, didn't use industry jargon and best of all he was pleasant to deal with. This company is spectacular and I strongly recommend them for any residential and commercial purposes. Not only did they provide service with perfection, but also showed me how to change the AC filters in order to make the process easier for me in the future. BEWARE of this company! Came to check our AC unit. Said that we had too much freon and let some out. Too much? Then checked in attic and said we needed a new TBX to the tune of at least $800. Said they'd come back next week to install it for us.
We got a second opinion because we didn't want to wait until next week. It's hot! They rechecked everything and the there is nothing wrong with the TBX. Problem? We had NO FREON.

My 2 year old A/C unit was acting up after prob the last heat wave of 2017 (hopefully!). Over the course of like 2-3 days it started failing to cool the house to the specified temperature and would only cool to maybe 4-5 degrees above the setting. So, I checked yelp reviews and called Blu!

Absolutely the best. I called 5 vendors from big box stores to side job kinda guys. Saul was middle of the rang price was but over the top customer service wise. Very knowledgeable, timely, clean work and most importantly spoke to me as he would anyone. Two other vendors insisted that my husband be around to chat or questioned my knowledge. As a Realtor, I work with a ton of vendors and contractors and know a few things about HVAC so when a salesman insults me, it really hits a string.

Not very impressed. Had appointment for early afternoon, got a call 45 minutes after the show time to say they were running late and that it'd be sometime between 2-4 before they could make it. Let's call that closer to 4 than 2. I wanted to get my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. A reasonable price is around $35 per vent and $50 for the dryer. I have 10 vents including the register and the dryer vent, so I would expect $400 plus or minus a few bucks, being 4 hours late makes me lean towards the minus. The guy quoted me $600!
