A friendly business for a service no homeowner wants to need. The inspection couldn’t find anything definitive but since it was tied to selling our house, we had treatment done just to be sure for the next owners. The serviceman could not have been better at his job; very understanding of our position yet providing the utmost care to his craft. I was happy to learn, too, that for only $100/year, our house’s buyers can continue to have just-in-case treatment — it’s transferable from homeowner to homeowner! Overall, a great experience.

We had a great experience with First Choice Pest Control. They handled our termite inspection when we bought our house. We then called them back out with some questions about our home after we moved in. They were honest with us and did not try to up sell us the way Terminex did. They went above and beyond what they needed to do and we trust them fully with any future pest concerns!
