Chapman said they pumped the tank Feb 14 2011. Left bill $335. Did not pump tank. Do not answer phone. Living without bathroom facilities a week later. (Last time they came, they broke the fiberglass lid.) I had confirmed with the office by phone that there were no problems found with the tank. BAD BAD experience. Emailed picture of full tank.
