Do not buy from them, false misrepresentation & they don’t stand up on their product warranty. My mom purchased retro fit windows, the salesperson/installer guaranteed us the sun will not damage or change the trim color and I called them to report the issue, they told me they don’t deal anymore with the retro fit windows company & they will not fix the problem, I am very disappointed with they poor customer service

Its pretty simple. I took my broken window out of track myself, took it to republic and they measured the window on the spot and gave me my quote. I got a cheaper price from them than anyone else so i left a deposit and left. 3 hours later they called me and said my window was done. I picked it up took it home and installed it myself. Thanks guys.

Beware of bait and switch. I called, got a price from a woman, went there, then they jacked the price. Their reason wasn't legit. She said she dropped the partial inch sizes that I gave her (26.5" x 38.5") on the phone when she wrote it down so when I showed up with partial inch sizing (of course), it then all of a sudden cost more ($33.25 in store quote vs. the phone quote of $28.25). The man their said phone quotes aren't good, but I beg to differ...they are fine with reputable companies.
