Total disappointment of a store. Their website boasted a showroom and has great pictures of custom installs. There is hardly a storefront with a few fireplaces on display. They don't even offer custom installs as advertised. To top it all off, not one person in the store was wearing a mask nor did they offer to put one on. We couldn't leave fast enough. I would take your business elsewhere.

This review is for the GENERAL MANAGER/OWNER of your business as I believe you might want to address this problem in your store with the accounting/bookkeeping department ONLY. 90 days ago I paid my bill in full , but was texted yesterday 6-28-21 that I still owed an overdue balance. I contacted Challee this morning regarding the issue and attempted to explain my disappointment in the bookkeepings system; yet my overall purpose was to problem solve. Challee was immediately dismissive of me, and took NO RESPONSIBLITY for the company's error as she continued trying to talk OVER ME while I was explaining

We purchased a new home and the fireplace was not working. I called Hearth & Home to setup service call and Technician David S. was sent to perform our service work. Fortunately, it was a simple repair. David was polite, professional and timely. Even took the time to educate us on maintaining the fireplace. Very good experience and would definitely recommend this Company.

We needed prompt service to get fire doors repaired to open our new business. Steve was out of the office, but the receptionist transferred me to his cell phone. An hour later, Steve was at our new location, got us a bid quickly that was very competitive. Rob was out within a day, and did a great job getting the doors up to code. Highly recommend them.

Was having a difficult time finding parts for my gas fireplace, especially since the manufacturer didn't exist any more. The sales manager, Lee Guenot, stepped in and had the parts I needed manufactured at a very reasonable price. He did the installation and made sure my fireplace was clean and worked properly. I was very impressed with the customer service he provided. Just when I thought it didn't exist any more.... Thanks, Lee!

About a month ago they installed the fireplace, even though one of the brick panels was cracked. The installers then asked for the balance. About three weeks later I was told the panel was coming in and they scheduled the time to replace it . I waited and no one showed up or called me to tell me that the part had not arrived, which I learned when I called the office. It’s been several days and no one has yet returned my messages. Hopefully the owner sees this message promptly and I can get this problem resolved right away. Thank you

I had a very positive experience with this business. The girls in the office were very friendly, Scott returned my call as promised. He was patient on the phone, set me up for an appointment, and amazingly someone actually showed up...on time!! Dusty had great people skills, he wore booties, and explained everything he was doing. Now...here’s the real reason for the good review. I had a problem a month later, and no run around. Scott sent Dusty back, he fixed the problem, and all is good. Good customer service is hard to find in this town sometimes. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
