Charles Dycus is Elite Glass & Mirror, Inc.'s founder and primary designer. His career began at a young age in his father's glass shop in Laramie, Wyoming. Over the years, Charlie became an expert with windows and shower doors and moved to Las Vegas in 1989 at the start of the city's building boom.
He expanded his skills to include specialized commercial work in addition to custom residential design and installation. During this time, Charlie read a quote that he took to heart, "The bitterness of poor quality will remain long after the sweetness of low price has been forgotten." This is the foundation on which he opened Elite Glass & Mirror in 1992.
His goal was to accept jobs that other glass companies refused, and the more unique, challenging, and creative the better. Today, our company stands ready to provide any kind of glass or mirror design, installation and service anywhere, anytime. We've never taken the time to relax because we embrace every challenge that comes to us, and we're always finding new ways to expand our creativity.

Placed an order on Friday 9/11 with Reina and was told it would be ready Monday 9/14 or Tuesday 9/15 at the latest and that I would receive a call when it was ready for pick up. On Thursday 9/17 I had to call them, was told it would be done by the end of the day. At the end of the day the glass was not cut and I cancelled the order.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom with frameless glass on our shower enclosure and beautiful beveled mirrors that were mounted with a floating system that holds the mirror off the wall. Both are excellent and done to our satisfaction. Elite Glass and Mirror was wonderful to work with at every level. The ladies in the front office are knowledgeable, the gentleman that measured the glass was excellent and got the glass exact, and kudos to the installers. Excellent and professional service from the entire team. Thank you for doing a great job.....Greg

Charlie and his staff were amazing from beginning to end. We told them we were looking to get a glass door installed in our reception area and Charlie came out the next day for measurements and within two weeks our door was sandblasted and installed perfectly. Service, workmanship, product. I highly recommend ELITE GLASS! It only took a couple off days to receive the finished product and I was very pleased. I replaced wooden shelves in an entertainment center I have. The glass enhances the lighting that shines from the top of the cabinet. Good choice to change. Good choice ELITE GLASS!

They are constantly late for appointments now. I've had to call them out to the property 4 times now to fix the same leaks, and they can't give accurate quotes. I had them tell me parts and labor were not to exceed $1600.00 and now I am looking at over $3600.00 as a final bill and the work is still not done. I don't know what has happened to this company, but they are a pain to deal with. The office is very unorganized, doesn't return calls promptly, takes forever to get you the information requested, and doesn't always leave messages to the people in charge. Not to mention that the office women
