With roots dating back to the 1800's, Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning has a long, proud history. Beginning with a man named Terry Vernon Davenport, a small plumbing and tinning business was founded in Redlands, CA. Shortly thereafter, Terry hired his son-in-law, Harry Higdon, and served as Harry's mentor, guiding him as he developed his skills in plumbing and heating.

Had a leak in my copper pipe that was repaired. This was after hours (6:00 pm- 9:45 pm).
I appreciated that I was able to have this repaired on an emergency basis. Since it was after-hours it was more expensive of course.

As always, the service was outstanding but the responding technician, Chris went above and beyond what was expected. He was courteous and patient in explaining the details of the needed repairs and performed the work in a timely manner. Efficiency, courtesy and professional service today is very hard to find. Great customer service from beginning to end. Technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They clearly explain the diagnosis and possible solutions. The office staff is kind and caring. The managers are involved and provide personalized service.
Since our AC broke down during the hottest season, they even provided portable AC units for the house while they worked on the estimates and scheduled the installation. We are grateful for this company and highly recommend it.

They were 100% transparent with what to expect from their assessment of our issue. Our technician (probably the best vendor we’ve ever had at our home over the past 17 years) showed me in real-time what he was looking for as he performed tests and how that result would impact decision-making going forward. I felt like I could trust him, his assessment and recommendations and that he did everything he could to keep costs down.
