These guys are great! They're a family owned company that puts the customer first. Tom was awesome helping me with my quote which beat the others might I add. Due to some confusion on their end, the start of our job was delayed considerably, and we were then asked to start the job before the contract arrived. But once the job got underway everything was great. Good communication, the job seemingly completed well, and a very fair price. We won't know for sure until the first good storm, but so far very pleased with the work they did!

So happy with the service and work these guys provide. Construction was just completed on the 2nd roof they've done for me and it looks great. Jeremiah is very accommodating to issues that are typical with an old house, he presents multiple options and helps walk you through everything so you understand. My neighbor works in construction and came to tell me he was watching the guys roof my house and he was so impressed by their attention to detail and professionalism.

Updated to a one-star review instead of two because after Jeremiah responded to my last Yelp review to contact him, I did and never heard back to fix the situation. So if you aren't going to respond to your clients after you ask them to contact you, how are you supposed to trust them to fix your roof and honor their warranty?

In order to hire Thomas, he would have to show up for the appointment time the company set. He didn't show up and when I called to ask if he was coming, he claimed that he tried to call me several times and that my voice mail was full. Not true. I had no missed calls and I checked my voice mail and it wasn't full. So I called him anyway and asked if he planned on still coming. He said that his other appoint near me had been canceled so he wanted to reschedule mine. He tried to reschedule for the next day and that wasn't going to work for me. I had already wasted 3 hours of my morning

Couldn't be happier with the service Nolanco Roofing provided. Our detached garage roof needed to be replaced and Tom came over to give us a timely and accurate estimate. As a neighbor on a house being worked, two days in a row he (the supposed owner) has blasted down my street (25mph) at speeds well in excess.
When I asked him if he was the owner, he replied yes, and when I suggested he slow down I was told: "find something to do with your time bro".
Cool, I bet he drives like that in his neighborhood and is disrespectful with the name on the side of his truck.
My suggestion, find a less contemptuous person to endorse with your money.

I went with Nolanco based upon Yelp reviews and I was extremely pleased. Tom came out to do the bid and I was sold upon his professionalism. Part of my roof has a low pitch, so I went with a white TPO rubberized product, as opposed to traditional rolled roofing. Unfortunately, during the middle of the job a large storm hit and my roof began to leak into my living room. I called Jeremiah at 1 in the morning and he came out thirty minutes later, went onto my roof, and fixed the tarp that had partially blown off, which is what caused the leak. I got bids from 3 different contractors, and I went with Nolanco because their bid included details on better materials and better strategies for dealing with some of the problem areas in my complicated roof.
I just walked my completed roof, and the results are outstanding. Areas that have leaked in the past now look like you could dam them up and go for a swim, with top quality materials and metal sheeting in strategic areas to guide the water off the roof. While the bid they gave included the better paper, better TPO, and longer warranties, they went above and beyond what they specified,

I realize that all decent roofing contractors are crazy busy right now after all the heavy rains we've had, but I've called these people two days in a row and their voicemail box was full both days, couldn't leave a message. Yesterday I tried reaching them at their website and was informed it wasn't working. Very frustrating!

Nolan did our roof in connection with getting solar panels installed. They were great. On time, contentious, complete and reasonably priced. There was one issue that came up afterwards (not Jeremiah's fault - poor roof design from long ago) and they took care of that asap. Easy to work with and LOCAL!
