I think “love, hate relationship” is the best way to describe my experience with infinity homes. I’ll start with the “love”. My wife and I closed on our home September 2021 and I love my house. I love that it’s new and no one has ever lived in it. Our experience with Liz in the office was great and she was very good at answering our questions. She was great Even when she had to deliver bad news which I’ll get to later. Taki was also great to work with. Now the bad, Monica the sales agent was not pleasurable to work with and always rushed us. However she left the company shortly after

Where do I begin. We purchased and had our home built in 2017. After our 1 year build date, we had contractors come out to our home to repair all of the foundation cracks throughout the home. The cracks went from the top to the bottom of the walls in the living room, flex room, staircase, bathrooms. After the contractor repaired them, he kindly informed me that the cracks will continue to happen in the areas he repaired, which is so confusing. However, that was just to start of it all. Now, our basement wall has begun to leak and bring in water! We found a "Large" crack in the wall to the foundation

I had a great experience. Lindsey was my sales manager and her knowledge of the various models and their uniqueness exceeded my expectations.
The construction manager (Nic) was incredible the week of closing. He wanted to everything to be PERFECT. Seeing the care he took, it was as if he was building the home for himself.
