EXTREMELY happy with Sharp Glass. Adam showed up on time (even a little early) for the initial consultation, gave me a (great) estimate and explained what work would be done. I was THRILLED with the work done by the technicians, Jeremy (and the other gentleman, I forgot his name)! These guys were great, not just from a technical perspective but also a customer service perspective. They were very careful with making sure the door was closed so the cats didn't get out, made sure with the windows open that the cats wouldn't want to try to get out of the space, cleaned up after themselves

I can't comment on the quality of the windows because I couldn't get them to keep an appointment. It took a full week to schedule our first appointment and when they day came I called to let them know some work was being done on our street which may make it difficult for Adam to park. Barb said "oh I'm glad you called. He had to change the appointment." Oh um ok. I guess I'm glad I called too since he was scheduled to arrive in 30 minutes. Barb said he could come the following week. Literally 7 days later! 10 minutes before Adam is supposed to arrive again, Barb called my husband and says they

I would recommend Sharp Glass to anyone! Mr. Sharp came to my home in a timely manner and repaired a broken window in my son's room. I was pleased with the level of professionalism and the excellent customer service skills he portrayed! He also checked a living room window that I was concerned about, and fixed that one as well! This business is owned by one Adam Sharp, but is no businessman... Sharp Glass was recommended to me by a friend and initially, the exchange between Mr Sharp and myself was OK. He came out for an estimate (which too several days). When I did get the estimate, I (and my friend) thought that it was abit high and I contacted Mr Sharp on this. I also didn't want two windows replaced that he'd included in his estimate, so that would dramatically change his estimate... He seemed to take offense at my asking to revise my estimate, and his parting shot was: "I'll get back to you!"

Adam has a business relationship with Wholesale Shower Doors of Tucson. Adam does the measurements and installs. We purchased the two shower doors directly from John at Wholesale Shower Doors. All of John's pricing and shower door options are on his website. This is a no brainer.
There were no middlemen and we dealt directly with John and Adam, so the job was done to expectation and in a timely
