Robert and Bill were both kind, friendly, and helpful. I ordered a piece of glass for the top of a table at 9 am and it was ready by 1 pm the same day. They even gave me a military discount. When I showed up, it was wrapped and ready to go and they loaded it in the car for me. It took less than 10 minutes. I called around to 5 other glass places in town, only 1 other took my call and their quote was $50 more expensive. Definitely would recommend!

Excellent service and quality. After a month of trying to get other companies just to call me back with a quote, I found Glass Smith. I called for a quote and they gave me one right then and there, no waiting for a call back that never came. The ordering process was quick, easy, and they were extremely helpful. They estimated 2 weeks for my order to arrive but, it only took a little over a week. When I picked up my order everyone was very friendly and helpful. My glass was neatly packaged and ready when I arrived. Overall, I was highly impressed with their service and quality. 10 Stars!

Despite having used Glass Smith in the past and being happy with the results, today the service was terrible!! The old guy at the front made it clear that they didn't want the glass job I came to them for. He didn't seem to know much and didn't act as though he wanted to look it up, present me with options they could offer or even try to make the sell. I had to push him to give me some product options. I seriously don't think I'll ever go back there or recommend them.

My husband and I wanted to give our kitchen an updated look without spending too much. Robert helped us pick out a glass that would work well in our existing cabinets and we couldn't be happier. He was helpful, knowledgable and professional. The work was done on time and very competitively priced. When we are ready to get new shower doors we will be back! We purchased a glass table top. Robert did not deliver the item as promised, nor did he even bother to call to say he was not showing-up. When we called to see what was going-on, Robert said he was "doing (us) a favor" by delivering the item (which was actually part of the original sales agreement), so he had no obligation to call if he was not going to show-up. That same evening we found the identical item on-line for less than half of what Glass Smith wanted (YES, LESS THAN HALF) and that company shipped the item all the way from New York at no additional cost. It never seemed to sink

Our experience with Glass Smith was outstanding!!! Robert was extremely helpful in the showroom, on subsequent phone calls, and when he came to measure our shower enclosure. Craig and John were probably the best installers/contractors we've ever had in our house and we've had quite a bit of remodeling done. They were professional, polite, friendly, punctual, efficient, and very attentive to doing an excellent install. Great company!!! We will be using them again for our master bathroom shower door.

We are so happy with the glass shower door we ordered from the Glass Smith. Everyone was so helpful in explaining options, communicating time lines and ensuring we had a door that was perfect for our new master bathroom. Another glass shop told us we had no choices in glass or handles and I am so glad I stopped by Glass Smith to verify. We chose a low iron door that is practically clear, no green tint distorts the view of our shower tile. Thank you Larry and Tony for all of your attentive service and professionalism.
