Hartman Glass installed 2 shower doors for us, and they are the utmost professionals. They worked with me to customize doors for odd spaces and even helped us with an issue on a shower they did not install. You can get doors from places like lowes, but the end result will be poor installation and work that is not honored. I can't say enough good things about Hartman Glass & Mirror!

These guys were highly recommended by my contractor so I decided to give them a shot. I actually had a customer service issue with a singular employee and was going to go with someone else but decided to bring it to Tom, the owner's attention. Not only did he listen and care, he personally handled my order. I think everyone should be considerate and not be quick to judge a business by one bad apple. Clearly this was the case here.

Our experience with Hartman Glass was flawless. We had a walk-in shower door installed. We are very happy with the quality of the product, the timeliness of the process & professionalism of all involved. Brian, the salesman discussed pros&cons of products; assisted me in choosing a door+trim that was within my budget. He explained the procedure & timeline of order & installation and it all happened as promised. The installers were professional & cleaned up well. Top notch service, expert installation, and impeccable product. Hartmann did three shower glass doors and 4 bathrooms worth of large mirrrors. The product is perfect - the shower glass protected against stains, the hardware just right. When installing one of the doors, they found that it had been cut slightly too narrow. Rather than "making it work" they re-fabricated and installed the correct size. Great customer service and communication, crew cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the product!

Be advised that regardless of the great reviews from others no one mentions that this company apparently only sells to licensed contractors. The reason i think thats important is so that google doesnt put them on a recommended list of places because out of however many people may be searching for custom glass lets face it how many of them are licensed contractors.

So, I contacted Hartman glass about a week ago told me to submit my plan via their website because they where closing in 15 min. So I called on Monday spoke to Dakota who said he would send me a quote with a authorization to begin work. Never received it. Call back on Wednesday asked for Dakota, said he was on the other line would call me back shortly never did. So now I'm thinking these guys are discriminative and don't think us Mexicans have any money; or, Guess my money isn't good enough.

Hartman glass was very matter of fact and thorough in our search for a shower door. They are not cheap. More than the competition, but the attention to detail and response times were the extra we were looking for. They have a small but nice showroom with different glass finishes and hardware. Models, etc. They come out to measure and it takes about 2 weeks for the order. Install was quick and it was a great addition to our remodel.

Amazing company to work with start to finish. Tom came out and understood exactly what I was looking for and executed in a timely manner and kept my budget in mind. Very professional and affordable from interacting with the office when I first called, getting the estimate, installation. I will never use any other glass company again for future projects as these guys were amazing from start to finish.

Very pleased with this company. They were prompt in setting an appointment and arriving on time. They got the estimate to us the same day and within a week, the new shower door in the guest bathroom was installed. The owner was excellent to work with and we will definitely be using Hartman Glass for the other two bathroom remodels.

Hartman just finished installing a glass shower in our second bathroom remodel. They did the shower in our master bath remodel about eight years ago, and the wok was so nice we asked them to come back for our second bathroom project. If I can talk my husband into doing the third bathroom they'll probably be back again. The glass isn't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for and I wouldn't have done it any differently. Two of our bathrooms are beautiful thanks to Hartman.

I can't say enough about how great my experience was with these folks. Friendly professionalism, excellent customer service, quality product, wonderful install team, willingness to work with our crazy schedule. They weren't the lowest estimate for the job, but I am so happy I went with them. Pay the extra money. You won't be sorry, and you really do get what you pay for.

I simply cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were professional, curteous, helpful, patient and responsive to our many many queries. It is rare to find such service these days and I think we all need to support it when we find it. Our new glass shower door is beautiful and I believe the price was very fair for all the consultation and excellent result.

They can't charge as much as they do back east. Tom repeated this to me, then quoted me a price over three times what I would have paid back home in Chicago. Completely pitiful that he preaches that while in the third largest city in the country prices for a basic shower door are roughly a third of what this clown is trying to get away with. Avoid these guys at all costs, not a legit company at all.

We had Hartman Glass install a glass shower enclosure in our remodeled master bathroom. Our tiler was meticulous in laying out the tile so that the glass would line up with and sit right on the grout joints, and so the measurements for the glass had to be precise. We chose the door hinge that attaches to the wall at the top and sits on the sill at the bottom. The glass was a perfect match and fit into the tile shower enclosure perfectly, right on the grout lines. There were no gaps anywhere, and the enclosure is beautiful. I should have known better. I used this company, Hartman Glass and Mirror, after a friend of mine used them and had a terrible experience. I ordered glass shelves from them and when they came to install the shelves, after months of waiting, one of them had a huge noticeable scratch across it. I asked that they redo the one shelf. They said okay and left me with the damaged glass in the mean time. Next thing I know they are demanding the blemished shelf back before they can get me a new shelf. So I had them pick up the glass thinking that perhaps they need it as a template, no worries then. Weeks

Remodeled my master bath shower and reached out to three companies to give me quotes for the glass shower door. When I received each quote I asked each of the companies what their best and final price was. Tom at Hartman glass said "We've decided to pass on this job". Guess they don't want to be competitive.....
