Installed fence. Did a horrible job. Just left. We called to have someone fix these issues. It took over a month for someone to come here. They made it worse believe it or not. They blame the quality and response time on COVID. The classic excuse for any business. It didn't stop them from scheduling jobs though.

GMH installed a black vinyl coated chain link fence in summer 2020. I had a tree come down and damage a section. After calling, they were at my house the following day.
Mike from GMH took care of me.
Everyone I’ve dealt with on the phone has been great as well. Zero complaints, great quality work and highly recommended.

First contact was by phone. Woman in office rude. Gate fell off our vinyl fence. Wanted to know who made our vinyl fence. I said I didn't know and told we hadn't own the house that long and there was no label or badge on our fence. She said if it was a "Home Depot Job" they couldn't fix it. She then said someone could do a "drive by" to see if they could fix it. After three days of not hearing back from her, I emailed. Only then did she say they couldn't fix it. What kind of customer service is that? Should we decide to replace the entire fence one day we won't be calling GMH.

The owner, Glenn, has fencing in his blood! He understands all aspects of the field - from pricing, materials, labor and competition. We were interested in having 160' of 6' tall vinyl fencing (no gates) and having a chain link fence repaired (minor effort). Glenn made valued recommendations to help with aesthetics. He works 7 days a week, showing up over the weekend to check on project progress. We found pricing to be competitive, and would only go to him for future work.

They installed our fence and the gates would not open and close without a struggle. The fence also popped out of the posts. It was terrible. I don't know why this was such an issue. It took 2 months and eight phone calls to get someone to fix the issue. Finally the gate works and fence is complete. This is what you should expect.

Very happy with the work the team from GMH Fencing did. Mike was easy to work with and had great communication start to finish. The team tore down the old, heavy stockade fence and replaced it with a beautiful, 6 ft vinyl fence. They also installed a section of black, chain link fence with a self locking gate leading to the pool. A team of three had the entire job finished in three days and didn't let the extreme heat and humidity slow them down! Pricing was comparable with other companies, but communication was better than others. Would definitely recommend Mike and the entire team at GMH

It's been a year since we got our fence installed and I'm almost entirely satisfied. The main gate we use to go and and out of our house was first installed too far and wouldn't latch. They also spray painted my house when installing it, but after complaining about this, a team came the next day to clean up the paint and adjust the gate. Which, for a year, has been a bit too snug. The gate is also the only piece of the entire fence that's starting to rust. It's a year old, how is it rusting? So, I guess we will need to treat it or something. Just seems like we shouldve

My husband and I just had a vinyl fence put up in our yard for border and privacy issues. This was something we have been wanting to do for a few years. They did a great job!! We had a 6ft white vinyl privacy fence put up. It was 160ft. They came at 8am and left at 8pm. They finished the job in one day. They were very nice. We live in Belchertown and we will recommend this company to anyone we know. We thought the service was great. We were very happy with this company. Their estimate came in cheaper than 3 other companies.

Getting the runaround! I'm getting a new fence installed by Hastie fence and I am less than impressed. After sending in a sizable deposit and being told my fence would be installed in 4 weeks it took 6 weeks to get it installed. I called twice a week to try and get an installation date and was given the runaround each and every time. I was actually told my fence installation was pushed back because a bigger commercial client needed a fence. This was a big job (550 feet) in an uninviting location fill of brush and poison ivy! Glenn came soon after we called GMH Fence and measure the work to be done. The estimate was received a few days after and the price was very competitive. The crew did a great job removing the old stockade fence and installing a new chain link fence. They were hard working, courteous and left a clean site. Can only highly recommend GMH for any fence work.

Very poor customer service after the sale. I spent over $5000 for a fence and gates. First issue was that they promised that a 5 foot gate would allow for commercial mowers to enter the yard. This was false and they did not even create a gate with a 5' opening. It would not swing open fully. They ignored us for a year before coming back out to only defend their bad decision and tried to charge us another $1000 for a larger gate which is ridiculous given the entire project was $5000. Also they never came back even after several calls over months to fix a rust spot on a chain link gate that
