We hired ASignature in May 2020 to install a 4 ft aluminum fence around our property. We were very pleased with their service. They were very easy to work with. They went out of their way to clear some of the existing brush and shrubs to create a pathway for the fence at no extra cost. The fence itself looks absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It's held sturdy despite several bad storms with high winds. The project was also completed in a timely manner. Mark came out to my house on 6/9/21 to take measurements for an estimate. A month later, and I have yet to receive an estimate. I have left several messages and they refuse to return my calls.
I get it, a lot of businesses are busy after COVID, add the fact that no one can find people that want to work. After the first couple weeks, I figured that they were just overwhelmed. At this point, I am just being straight up ignored.

Communication is not great and customer service is about the same. We emailed, responded with information they asked for, then Lana said we never emailed. Got an appointment a month out for an in person estimate (we understand COVID and their busy times). Lana confirmed twice including 2 days prior. No one showed up to give us the estimate. I call… Lana and she tells me that multiple calls were made and no one confirmed so they cancelled it. When I talked to her ON THE PHONE (the last time she called) 2 days prior to appointment to say YES. She instead offered me an appointment another 2

I made an appointment weeks ago for an estimate and Lana has constantly called me reminding me ( at least 5 times) and today day before she called again trying to change the time to which I couldn’t do because I have a previous appointment and the phone calls are overkill as people are busy. So she called again today and said it would be a later time and I said no I can’t and I told her way to many calls so she sent me a text cancelling appointment completely. Horrible customer service!

This company really cares about making each individual client happy and meeting their needs. Not only that, but they beat the price estimate I got from two competitors! Excellent communication, even when the weather had to delay some jobs - always got updates! The fence looks beautiful! I've already had two neighbors come by to tell me how great it looks! The crew were kind and respectful and worked hard through 95 degree heat to get the job done. Very very happy with this installation!
