If I could give 100 + stars I would! The BEST overall experience I've ever had with a contractor. From the very first call with Alan in the beginning to meeting our team of roofers and working with Rich and his son. The entire process was professional and extremely responsive, they never missed a call or email! I have previously used this company and was pleased with their work. Upon finding my shingles have failed over time and there was a manufucturer's recall, they helped me with the necessary paperwork to get a full replacement of materials and labor. This would have been extremely difficult to handle on my own and I can not thank them enough for their assistance and patience with the matter.

Had hail damage to my roof, like most people in our neighborhood. Called in to the office and got a an inspection, a quote and scheduled it. From the start to the time the work was done was great experience from everyone involved. All my questions about different quality of shingles and gutter sizes were answered in a professional way and in great detail. The work was done swiftly, amazingly and getting compliments from neighbors asking who did the job. Rich and his crews will always be my first call about roofing for home or business jobs.

I contacted this company a year ago to address a snow problem in the attic. They indicated that my venting was an issue And charge me $700 for a new vents and a snow cap. Or year later I have more water coursing along the joists.
I called them a month ago and nobody returned my call. I called them two weeks ago again and was told somebody would get back to me within a week. I'm not sure I would recommend this roofing company. However, if you want to play A one-sided phone game then this is your company.
