Captain Pools performed an acid wash on my pool. Quickly responded to my query and provided a price that was very competitive. Once contracted I was informed that the scheduler would contact me. I was never contacted and a few days later received a text that they would be at my home in 20 minutes. to perform the work. This caused some concern since I was out of town. I contacted Captain Pools and worked out how the technician could perform the acid wash without being home.

If you are looking for a pool cleaning service this company is for you. They are extremely responsive and priced competitively. They have been taking care of my pool for almost and month now and its spotless every time they come. My neighbors have trees and the leaves and seeds are always getting in the pool. Every time they come they have it perfect. Another thing is that they email before and after pictures of every cleaning and the readings of the chlorine levels. I definitely recommend this company.

UPDATE: After getting quotes from several other pool maintenance companies, it has been confirmed that Captain Pools completely dropped the ball on our pool. It's been less than 12 months since our pool was emptied, cleaned, and refilled (by Captain Pools, and serviced weekly from them since that date), but the chemical readings in our pool is off the charts - it's so bad that it can't be treated back into something safe.

The work (replacing a sand filter) was done and done OK. The problem is that they 1) left a huge mess of sand everywhere, left a couple of monitors unhooked on a pipe lying across my equipment, stained my cool deck and flagstone, dragged sand across my turf, then, dumped all the sand over my fence into the desert right behind my house. I would not recommend nor use them again. Very poor quality.

We have been using Captain Pools for almost a year now to service our rental property. As we are out of state I absolutely love that they send me photos of before and after with the pool, they detail what was done, they include the chemical readings and when woke was needed, sent photos and were able to provide a fair and accurate estimate. Would absolutely recommend them and will continue to utilize them in the future!

Really enjoyed working with these guys. Things came up as they usually do with major pool remodels but they worked with me, and the finished product looks amazing! Can't wait to start spending sometime using it this spring/summer! I really enjoyed working with Tyson as my project manager and bonus points for the fact it seems like everyone I talked to was formerly from WA where I'm from. Lots of ex Washingtonians' working there!

Extremely disappointed in this company as I was given this referral from my realtor who happens to be a good friend. I reached out to the owner on October 11 to begin the process of a new pool build and was also interested in putting in a hot tub. I am a travel nurse and rely on other people to help make arrangements to coordinate any projects. Tysons team came out the following week to look at the property. After not a single word for almost a month I had reached out to my realtor to let him know how disappointed I was. The next day I received a message from Tyson asking what kind of pool I wanted

Captain Pools is fantastic! I am quite picky about water and the cleanliness of pools. I no longer have to worry about anything. They have a great leak detection service that ended up saving me money. The prices are reasonable but more important, the quality is great and their communication and customer service are top notch. Use Captain Pools for several services. At the beginning of pool season Tyson C. acid washed pool and it turned out amazing. He fixed a broken light and has been attentive to emergency pool services. When pool was discolored he was able to walk me through steps to make my pool clear again. Thanks Tyson and everyone at Captain Pools for keeping my pool clean and clear!
