Started off super strong and I thought I found an amazing company! They were even patient when we had payment issues with my property manager but then after a few months the before and after picture emails stopped. Then they wouldn’t return my texts and calls. And then they had the nerve to cash a 100 dollar check that was on auto pay for a month that they never serviced! Stole from me and then literally ghosted me like a bad date.

Like many of the previous reviews have stated, these guys started out super strong. They got our pool from green to blue in no time at all, and were always super communicative. When we decided to move, it was a no brainer to bring them over as well.
At our new home, the service started to slip. We noticed that the pool was not getting as clean as it used to be, and that I would need to come out to point out things that needed to be cleaned (algae in the corners and ladder etc.) July rolls around and they completely miss our service prior to the 4th of July, and our pool is a huge mess. Corey and Omar came out very nice and I decided to hire them...they did install new pump and, so far that's good. Weekly pool maintenance is not good...scrubbed tile, but dirt still in pool...i have a vacuum which sits at the deep end and i asked please move to shallow end to vacuum and walk down to deep end...said ok, but never did it...i left out tab holders so i would know they came to put chlorine tabs in each holder (2) and put in pool...they left before i could speak to them and, NO tabs or product put into water...tried to call mailbox was full....sent text, no response!! Now pool water
