Very reliable and honest company. Not sure who our technician is today ,but he replaced our pool pump and they are great. Great communication. Pool pump has a three year warranty. We also work with them for pool maintenance and every week they have a report of what is done and they attach a photo of our pool when being serviced.

Quality Pools built a beautiful outdoor pavilion and kitchen for our backyard. We were pleased with the professionalism and communication during the build process. They kept the worksite clean during the build process. Quality Pools were very collaborative and gave great suggestions to help us take our thoughts and concept to a fished design. Quality Pools were more economical compared to other bids and provided a great value. We are very pleased and happy to have worked with Quality Pools and would highly recommend Quality Pools to others.

I had a lot of problems with my last pool company and decided to give Quality Pool Service a try. The tech, Mike, was very helpful in educating me on my system and how it should be maintained. He did not try to offer any expensive maintenance services that I already knew I did not need. My pool water was pretty rough and Mike promised it could be recovered. After the next service I will revisit this review.

We were given a bid for resurfacing our pool and pressure washing, patching and painting our deck. The price as a whole was better than others. The start date was pushed and not communicated until last minute. Our work was completed and within a year our deck was peeling and the paint was coming off where there was contact with water. The price of this work was not cheap but the value was. They came to touch up the paint and explained they were aware this would be the outcome before they did the work. Admitting it should have been communicated that it would not hold on our original decking. We

This company was started over ten years ago. While it was small the service was good and personal. As it happens success lots of the time results in failure to provide acceptable customer service. Poor service employees, incompetent office staff, and attempts to sell unnecessary repairs have become the norm. Stay away from this company

We have used this pool service for a few years now and loved the pool tech and cleaners. However, we are getting our pool redone and I went to their showroom and the office manager and secretary did not have masks on, did not have masks with them, and refused to put any on when i said I was not comfortable with them not wearing any. The office manager acted like I was being crazy for asking and said I could make my pool selections alone in a separate room. Any company not willing to go out of their way to make customers feel safe during a global pandemic is not responsible, educated, or following

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this 5 star service. For months our prior pool company did an aweful job. The couldn't fix our pool yet charged us weekly cleaning. I am so thankful and grateful for your exceptional service. I'm attaching photos so that others can see how your company turned out disaster into a beautiful pool. Your employee was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of our pool. He knew exactly what to do. He came to the house everyday for 4 days until our pool was beautiful again. Beware! Do NOT use quality pool service. The owner runs a terrible business and is dishonest. The work they "subcontract" to get done is not up to standard and they have terrible customer service. You will regret hiring them to do any work on your pool. We used them for weekly pool service for years and they did a good/ fair job. When we redid our backyard we hired them to do some of the work and it was a terrible experience! He was unresponsive for weeks which should of been a clue. He sent people over to do the work that couldn't even speak English so there was no communication

We had Quality Pool Service cleaning our large diving pool since we bought our home 3 years ago. They were hired by the previous owners and the pool looked amazing when we moved in so we decided to keep them. The low star rating is not due to our pool being unclean because on the contrary, our pool looked fabulous the past three years as long as all of our equipment was working properly. The low rating is for service and communication.

I gave this company multiple chances before I finally had to hire someone else. They billed me 105.00 the day before I canceled, I asked them for a refund as they would not be completing the next three weeks of service...nope, they say 30 day cancellation or no refund for services that haven't been rendered. Kathy said, " we can complete the next three weeks". I didn't want them to come out knowing I wasn't retaining them and doing a crappy job which is what I had been getting! The reason I needed someone out was my pool was turning green due to lack of them not brushing

Excellent service! Highly recommend. They were so quick to come out and address our green pool. With the very first treatment they had it looking blue again! I'm blown away at how effective they are. We've been trying everything from shocking, backwashing, ect and couldn't get it under control so we decided to stop trying to fix it ourselves and contact quality pool service. We're so happy we did!

I wish I had gotten our technicians name, he was SO Knowledgeable, So Friendly and Honest! He grew up in Gilbert so he new a lot about the area itself and the environmental factors. Seriously, he went above and beyond! (That man deserves a raise! Ha!)
We do our pool maintenance but needed help with a repair. They didn't try and sell us on anything extra or pressure us into switching our maintenance to them. Everything from dealing with Cathy and the office girls to the repair itself went very smoothly and they were all more than helpful. We will absolutely be using them again!

Quality Pool Service recently resurfaced our pool and spa. They also acid washed our play pool/water feature and replaced an area of damaged Pebble Tec with tile. They also took over the monthly maintenance of the pools and spa. We are very pleased with their work and the monthly service they are providing!!

I would DEFINITELY not recommend this company. Was referred by another company to them, called and scheduled bi-weekly service....month later get a bill for WEEKLY service. Call them to dispute it, they pretty much said sorry, we don't offer bi-weekly service in the Summer. Well, not what I signed up for, they pretty much didn't care, I cancelled service IMMEDIATELY in which they didn't care either....
I never received ANY email or interaction that my pool was taken care of, as well as none of my tenants seeing them there on the days they said...
