Maintaining your pools water balance is a must. Incorrect "Ph", alkalinity, calcium hardness, chlorine levels can cause many long term problems and cost thousands of dollars to repair. There are a few basic procedures that are efficient and save time which any one can follow. Determining the surface composition before starting the cleanup procedure. Remove as much debris as possible from the pool or spa deck and cover before removing it. A quick sweep or hosing can remove the debris near the pool.
Nichole contacted us right away and scheduled a day and time for Anthony to meet with us. They are very courteous and I believe they will take care of whatever maintenance our pool and equipment will need. They were able to fit us into their schedule and start right away. I discovered serious "damp" on the cinder blocks at the rear of my pool's waterfall, i.e. a leak. Note: the maintenance group I was using seemed not to notice!?! Based on reviews, I called Trilogy. Nicole answered, listened, and had insanely knowledgeable Anthony at my home the same day. He did a primary diagnosis as well as explained other issues re: the water quality. Anthony at Trilogy pools is awesome! I've been using his services for about 10 years. He is always on time or early, dependable, reliable, and most importantly very honest. He thoroughly explains the issue, and the most cost effective way to fix it. I've shopped his prices and he's always very reasonably priced, even though he goes above and beyond the needed repair. He will fix leaks that weren't even part of the problem, and leave your pool equipment looking better than before. I highly recommend him, even though I have family and friends in the industry. Should have read the other reviews. This was the worst service I've had in a long time. Trilogy came to my house assessed, my issue and gave me a quote to fix a broken pipe. They came on a Friday morning. I talked to Anthony, told him to let me know if he needed anything and went back inside to work. I got a call from the office about an hour and a half later asking if I received their text. I looked at my phone. Turns out it was too difficult for him and he left. Didn't knock to let me know, just left. Luckily I found someone else that came and quickly fixed it.

Did not have a good experience. Anthony serviced my pool at first but soon there after they sent a different person to perform the wkly service. He would be in and out in less than 5 minutes and when I mentioned this to Nichole she said their records showed him there much longer. That lead me to believe that there was a disconnect between what I was seeing and what was being logged? Sweeping the pool was supposed to be part of the paid service but I had to "ask" for the pool to be sweep on more than 1 occasion. It appeared to me he was trying to do the least amount of work possible and

My new go to pool company. I found this company on yelp. Out with old In with new!! Anthony and Nicole are the best. I was about to have a nightmare. I had pool motor dead in the water I called end of day on Sat. They immediately helped me out. I had new pump & motor-installed on Monday. The best part is Anthony came by to walk me through new system. If I was to go with other pool company (the one in every strip mall) They had a service tech to come out in 10 days. No thx. Trilogy pools is true to reviews.

Terrible service. Bait and switch. Told me I could do 6 weeks of pool service for $106. Came twice and wouldn't respond to calls or emails for weeks. Finally gets back to me and claims that they don't just do single month service..... Then why did you offer it to me? Waste of money. I highly recommend finding a different pool company for your needs.

POOL OWNER BEWARE. I called and originally asked for a 1 time cleaning. When the owner arrived, he talked me into 1 month of service... But they were in the middle of a billing cycle because it was the 3rd week of February. So I paid in total $106 for 6 weeks of service($85 for 1 month and $21 for the additional cleaning) ......he only showed up twice. After calling for several weeks (I called 4 times and my bf called too) , I finally get an email back saying that they don't offer only one month of service and the two times he came out fulfilled the amount I paid. We agreed verbally to 6 weeks

So far, I am in LOVE with Trilogy Pools! I called, Anthony answered (hello, picked up the phone and TALKED to me!) He gave me an estimate based on what I told him over the phone and then he set an appointment.. Yeah, so far, yawn, right... WRONG! He MADE it to the appointment BEFORE the scheduled time, I like it when people realize my time is important too! Seriously, I had 3 pool services completely flake on me... We actually thought we had a company doing our pool but we realized that they never came back after the first visit... Who does that? I'm so excited to start a long and fruitful
