In my opinion this company is dishonest and unsavory. The company was employed by my subdivision. We were mysteriously overcharged, double billed and had continuous problems with equipment failure, damaged to and around the pool including rats found in the water upon notice of their termination of device. No sooner were they gone, then the problems seemed to cease. Do not hire this company to clean even your toilet or birdbath!

We used Tropical Water Pools for over a year. We found their customer service and lack of communication very poor. Whenever there was a needed repair the pool technician wouldn’t take the time to notify us. Days later we would get a surprise visit from a different technician to make the repair. As a consumer this was frustrating because it limited our ability to understand the repair that needed to be completed. These “surprise” visits were also frustrating because we were never notified when they were coming, just had some random guy in my yard. With young kids and dogs it was concerning

I have to give a shout out to Tropical Water Pools! Besides the care they give my pool every week, I recently had them repair a leak and replace with all new pebble. It is Beautiful. The entire team was always very responsive and when they were at my house were very professional. Shawn was amazing and helped me with all my questions and always followed up with me. He made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. Thank you for the great customer service and quality work!

Tropical Water Pools made our move in seamless. I have never owned a pool before, and they had serviced the property for the two owners prior to me. They were awesome about making contact, dropping off materials, honoring the price the former owners paid, and keep great tabs on my pool. They send send me a photo and report each week after they clean and service. The manager has even offered to come out and give us a little tutorial on what we need to know being new pool owners. I appreciated that!

Last September, we moved into a fixer upper in Mesa. The house needed lots of work. Pool repairs and maintenance was towards the bottom of the list due to other urgent house repairs. Plus, I'd never owned a pool before and was pretty clueless.
Thankfully, Tropical Water Pools was recommended to me. They've been excellent the last 6 months. They thoroughly clean our pool every week and monitor the entire system to ensure it's always swim-ready. We have been with Tropical Pools for many years. They clean and maintain our pool on a weekly basis. They also service any equipment for the pool. This is the best company. When items wear on the equipment they very reasonable with pricing but more important to me is they fix the issue and follow up to make sure everything was done correctly. I can count that a service person will be at our home for the maintenance weekly. They have not missed a week. I highly recommend this company.
