What started as a referral based single man operation in 2005, has grown into a complete pool service company that has established itself on the highest quality and outstanding level of customer service. We take the quality of our work very seriously as we do not provide quick and cheap service. Critical: Responsiveness
Tried to get an estimate on pool and deck repair. Only got the pool estimate and nothing else from them. I would have to text, call, or email to get them to do try and give me an estimate or give me an update or just communicate with me. Was unable to move forward, so had no work done.

They made a pvc pipe repair in November 2020, notified them June 2021 the joint the replaced was leaking and the reply back was out of warranty! I’ve had pvc pipe joints that have been here and never leaked in 10 years! The one they fix is leaking in 6 months….poor work and even worse response. Stand up for the work you do! He said they would be by to look at it and see what they could do…..almost a month later and nothing! Steer clear of them!

Clay from Westmoreland Pool Service came to my home in Gilbert to give me a quote to acid wash my Pebble Tec pool and spa. After seeing and inspecting our pool/spa, he gave me his honest professional opinion and told me it wasn't necessary and that he saw no calcification, he said "it would simply be a waste of my money." My pool is approaching 5 years and since I've been draining my pool every year there was no need to acid wash. I appreciate his honesty. I tried to pay for Clay's time but wouldn't let me, leaving a GREAT impression on me. Thank you!

Clay is freaking awesome! I've used this service for about 2 years after switching from another pool company. They are always on time and do a great job. The reason for the review though is that the owner is amazingly responsive and bends over backwards to fix any issues whether they are potentially his fault or not. He just left my house on a Saturday afternoon after I texted about the pool looking green and cloudy after my service yesterday. Even though I told him I just wanted to have somebody check it next week, he was at my house within half an hour fixing it personally and apologizing for

I am new in the area and have never had a pool before and was overwhelmed. Westmoreland Pool Service called right away and came over yesterday and today....and I cannot believe the difference. My pool looks amazing now and all I have to do is ENJOY it! Clay was super and there for the initial visit and when I came home today, Richard had been by and cleaned it some more, tested the water again and added whatever needed to be done. Having Westmoreland pool service is worth every penny and I am thankful, relieved and able to totally enjoy my pool now!

Where to start. Well, I bought my house with a salt water pool in 2018. The check system light was on on the outside panel. The first pool service I used said they would address it but never did. The owner of the second service I used said the light goes on on that panel for no reason and did nothing about it. That wasn’t satisfactory to me. I found Westmoreland on Google. Clay came out the same day I called him and told me the salt cell was shot and that’s why the light was on. Two different companies in two years ignored the light and NEVER checked the salt cell. TWO YEARS! Clay replaced

Clay has been cleaning our pool for a number of years. We tried keeping it clean ourselves for several years and every summer it would go green regardless of how much work we put into it. With Clay, tt stayed very clear.
He gave us good prices on any equipment we bought through him and I never felt like I was paying too much or getting too little from him.
Pool guys can be like car mechanics, and when you find a good one you keep them. Clay came recommended from a friend and we have recommended him multiple times to others who have all found themselves equally happy.

Clay and his team have provided weekly service for our pool for years now. They are proactive, perform routine/scheduled maintenance, and regularly keep chemicals at the right balance. We have two small, nosy dogs. The Westmoreland team always cheerfully greet our dogs and make sure the gate is securely shut when they are done with the work. In addition, over a summer holiday weekend, our salt cell went out - while we had company in town - that evening, Clay personally stopped by to fix it. We have used Westmoreland Pools for years and plan to use them for years to come.

Westmoreland Pool Service is a very reliable and professional company. They do a wonderful job maintaining my pool and keeping it crystal clear year round. Owner Clay is a genuine dude who offers helpful insight about maintaining your pool. TJ who is responsible for cleaning my pool on a weekly service is a very cool dude who knows his stuff about pools.
