We needed a dye test for a real estate transaction. They got us on the schedule quickly and the technician showed up on time and completed their work in a timely manner.
They texted to let us know when the tech was dispatched and confirm the ETA.

Called for help to unclog a drain on Monday [they returned my voicemail right away] and came out a couple of days later. They kept me informed of the plumber's status/arrival via phone. Chris took a look at the issue which was a clogged bathroom sink drain before bringing in his tools. He always used indoor 'booties' when he was inside. Chris is not your average plumber, he is exceptional and very professional. A tough clog, he worked until it was completely clear, running the water for some time to demonstrate. I feel confident that I now have a go-to plumber for my next project or repair job

Taggart has completed 2 jobs for our house over the last 2 weeks and has done an amazing job. Excellent experience start to finish. Responsive and efficient scheduling. Showed up on time both days and took great care of the house. Drop cloths, cleaning up after themselves, wearing masks and being mindful of family members and pets. They replaced a drain stack, bath double trap, and piping. When there were options/choices to be made, they patiently walked us through and offered suggestions based on our priorities - not what would make them more money. We're looking to have them do additional work for us right away.

I am selling a home and for some reason the buyer insisted on using this company for an HVAC inspection. At the time they arrived, I had already had 2 inspections of the HVAC system and both checked out fine other than stating that the air handler needed to be cleaned. Taggart confirmed the ages of the heating and A/C systems and confirmed that the systems were working properly, which is what they were supposed to do, but added a ton of superflous, conflicting and deliberately frightening sounding information to the report, claiming that the ducting, furnace and electrical were installed incorrectly
