My husband is bad at reading reviews and got this company through Groupon we called to make sure we had a set date for carpet cleaning either way hoping everything would go well . everything went well on the call and then they called to postpone the day of . The next appointment they did not show up did not call and didn’t answer calls .. days later they shamelessly sent a message setting up an appointment for 2wks later. This company is trash

This business is a scam! She scheduled us for Saturday and then didn't show up. She said her employee called in sick.She promised to come the next day, Sunday since we have all our furniture moved in preparation of the cleaning and she never showed. We tried to get our money back and Groupon will only give is Groupon bucks! We don't want those since we are not planning on using Groupon again!

I advise future customers to be very mindful when conducting business with the company, Cleanup Carpet and Tile Care.
I scheduled an appointment to receive carpet cleaning services which was confirmed by the receptionist. However, on the date of the appointment they did not show up. I attempted a number of times to contact the company in effort to reschedule and to seek clarification concerning the no show. However, no one contacted me back despite me leaving several voice messages.
Taking that into account, my hopes for this company is for them to work on their professionalism. It‘s distasteful

Sabrina, the owner, is seriously amazing!!
There's was some initial confusion with the gentleman who originally showed up for our appointment, and he left without cleaning the carpets.
I reached out to Sabrina, who rushed right over and cleaned our carpets all by HERSELF!
She gave us a great price on some extras we needed but couldn't quite afford, and it looks like a new apartment.
I am so impressed by this strong woman representing the black community with genuine kindness, honesty and grace, and believe she deserves all the success in the world.
I would, unequivocally, recommend Sabrina
