This Modern style factory prefinished double entrance door with privacy glass completely changed the look of the entire front of this Home. This project is using "direct set" H windows. Direct set windows offer the most visible glass, but are not operable windows. So no opening and closing this one.

The Nordic Outswing Patio Door from H Window opens outward to save precious floorspace. Both sides of a double-wide door are fully operational, and include a 3-point locking mechanism for the ultimate in security. A fourth hinge near the top prevents sagging, and a unique wind brake stop allows the active leaf to be locked in any open position.

Great company. I did my research and called Modeen. A company contact called quickly, he came out and I got set up. There was a wait but that is expected at this time. Just got the door installed. The installer was a great person, did a great job. The Albany and Larson screen door are excellent. Great looking doors. It was installed on north side of the house and it really stopped the draft. Excellent from beginning to end. I would recommend Modeen and in fact am going to use them again for a large picture window.

Having windows and doors replaced on your home isn't really something anyone ever wants to think about, but Modeen Company was absolutely wonderful to work with. Their sales staff were incredibly knowledgeable and upfront with options and pricing. Their installers were extremely clean, friendly and thorough. Brett kept me informed of my project, which they fit into their schedule during a very busy time. The staff who came to put in my window were personable, efficient and professional. They cleaned up after themselves, took away the old window and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I have a mid century house that was built in 1960 that had all original windows. I recently hired Modeen to replace all of them. It was a massive project that was very scary to pull the trigger on. I hit a home run when choosing Modeen. The windows they recommended were amazing and transformed the house. The installation was very smooth and the entire crew was friendly, conscientious and a pleasure to have around. Can't recommend them highly enough!
