From Star to almost- finish, it was an outstanding experience. It was really simple to complete and online evaluation and appraisal. It was then simply to get the automobile inspected and receive a comprehensive evaluation. Even though I bought everything in that was necessary, it took about two hours for me to receive my check. The internet at the the facility had also gone down, so that was a factor. I would have given 5 inserted of 4 stars. Tnx for everything

I'm so happy with my purchase and want to share my experience ...) how surprised I was to find the sales man (Kato) so patient in finding my best car my new Mercedes Benz 2014 e350; this car dealership great and human... he spent weeks searching for my car ( color and packages that's I want ) a price that worked for me .... I was still a bit worried about other fees when he showed me the total price on paper I was surprised! No gimmicks! No hidden costs

I had been looking around diligently for a new car for the wife. We have been browsing higher end cars that what we wouldn’t normally buy, but everything was just a little out of reach until we happened across Wells Auto Group. My wife and I were driving down the freeway and stopped at their new location in McKinney and were immediately blown away. Never have we seen such a strong selection of nice cars all in one place.

BUYERS BEWARE: read to ensure you don't make the same mistake I did: If I could give 0 starts I would. This is the worst place to buy a vehicle, with the most disrespectful employees who have no customer service skills AT ALL. Especially sales guy MICHAEL. He is the WORST. I just bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado from them 2 MONTHS AGO which I was told was in perfect condition , when I test drove it the ABS and traction control light were in so when I brought it to their attention before purchase, they said it was the wheel hub assembly which was then repaired. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT SELL TO THIS PLACE!! and from the looks of the other reviews, don't buy from here either. I sold my 2018 camaro (had absolutely nothing wrong with it) and after giving me the bill of sale and a check, they call back saying they don't want it anymore because the transmission was pulling. First of all, I have the bill of sale AND the check. Deal is final. The next day I tried to cash in my check and they froze it. I finally was able to get my car back after 3 months because they wouldn't give me my money. I decided to take it to carmax

BUYER PLEASE do not purchase here. Read all their reviews. Hello the bad reviews in here alone, speak VOLUMES!! I'm currently in a pending lawsuit with this dealership and just saw someone else is too on Googles reviews omg can they be anymore bleepin crooked!!!!! They sell lemons. Save yourself the headache and please do proper research when buying a used car! I utterly regret going here and the nightmare it has become legally and financially. My retainer cost more than fixing the car!! But for me it's the principal of the matter. OH and wait for it... they'll lie on their comments

I'd give this company no stars if I could. The work promised upon perchase was ignored and has been decided that I as a current customer won't be getting the contractual agreement fallowed. The warranty I purchased through them was never filed with the warranty company so I don't have the contracted warranty either. Which means the $3,000 I payed was in effect stolen from me. The new management has told us that we can pretty kick rocks on the whole ordeal. So we will be filing suit. Will let you know how it works out.

I went here for an interview (not even to purchase a car). I walked in & the guy I was supposed to ask for, wasn't there. He would return in 30 or so minutes! While I was waiting, another salesman was on the phone with a customer YELLING. He got off the phone and said "she's so dumb" ... another car salesman said "that's how they all are" ... WHAT?!!! so I left ... didn't go back because that's not a place for me.

I bought my 2012 SRT8 Super Bee here and these guys have been fantastic! I have an issue due to the cats being removed and they had no hesitation fixing the issue after I already had my car for almost 2 weeks... Great management here and good quality high performance cars! I will be back...

Over a week ago I posted a review about my experience at Wells Auto group, almost immediately I got a phone call from Wells Auto Group asking me to take down the review and we would work something out. One week later nothing, so I will repost the original review and see them in court if no response by the 30th of this month.

Recently bought a Nissan Leaf electric car for 8,000 dollars. Everyone there assured me the car had very low mileage and would give me years of service. After taking it to Nissan of McKinney to have it thoroughly inspected I was told the battery would need replacing in 5 months

On Saturday, 6/26/21, I got an instant cash offer from KBB for $20,700 for my 2018 Chevy Camaro. Within 1 minute of receiving the offer from KBB, Shanise from Wells Auto Group contacted me asking if I could bring in the car for an appraisal. I brought the car in within a half hour and Shanise went out to my vehicle and appraised the car with me. Mind you, when I showed up to the dealership, my cars check engine light was NEVER on. SYNOPSIS: Take your money elsewhere, their stupidity is not worth your sanity. They don't even detail the cars they sell, I find a new item from the previous owner at least once a week.

If I could give a zero stars I would. First red flag was them not being able to read a Driver's License correctly. Due to this the registered my car under the wrong name despite me telling multiple people multiple times that the name on the paper work was wrong. Fine experience with the salesman, but it's obvious they do not care about their customers after the sale. Their service people and the organization overall is TERRIBLE with communication and customer service. Managers promise to have somebody call, nobody ever does.

For context, I purchased a used car from them and noticed on my drive home a loud noise that I did not notice on the test drive. I made them aware and eventually had a mechanic check it out and was told that the rear differential needed to be replaced and this would be a high-dollar repair. This obviously was an issue before

Absolute terrible dealership with the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Day 1, they told my nephew everything you would want to hear about a used car. Including that fact that everything had been serviced and fully up to date. Only downfall was a chip in the windshield, to which they guaranteed it to be desired. Fast forward 3 days later, and the car is now a complete nightmare for any purchaser, but even more so for a kid who is buying his first car. If you like wasting money then this is the car dealership for you. Within 3 days of purchasing a car from there it wouldn't run. We finally got it started and the next day it wasn't shifting into proper gears. I had it towed at my expense to the dealership thinking since i just bought it they would repair it, or the warranty I purchased would. That was not the case. They put full blame on us saying we caused the issues. After being at the dealership for over 3 hours, I left the car there as there was another issue they promised to fix. The car sat there for a week and was never touched

I saw a jaguar listed for sale At Wells auto group on 10/17/20. I called and spoke to a salesperson . I had some questions and pending the answers made a cash offer on the vehicle. Its been 5 days and i still haven't heard from the salesperson. Meanwhile I discovered by looking at the photos more closely that the listed mileage of 76000 was actually 88000 per the odometer. My boyfriend called them as well to ask about the mileage discrepancies and spoke to the same salesperson. Just like with me she promised to call him back and he also hasn't heard back from her. If I could give this place zero stars I would - my fiancé and I traded in a truck at the beginning of April and they did not pay it off with our previous lender until the beginning of May causing the old lender to draft our bank account $400 for a car we no longer own. Apparently the "only person" that can cut a check is the accountant, but he is never there although every time we call he will "be there tomorrow". If you're looking for a shady car dealership that's going to give you the run around regarding money that they owe you, this is the place for you.

WELLS AUTO GROUP I do not recommend anyone purchasing a car from this place it has nothing but a headache dealing with them. No one ever calls back. Literally got 2 cars here one broke down within a week and got replaced with the 2nd one that broke down within 2 weeks and they will not fix it even though it's in the 30 day window. Also on the 1st car they changed the miles color and gave me false papers.

Offered a certain amount for my car, told me to "consider the car sold" and had me drive nearly 50 miles to the dealership. Then tried to claim there were various paint jobs on the car even though there were none to get me to lower the price. The car has been previously inspected by many dealerships with no issues. This company uses sleazy sales tactics. Do not trust a word they say.
