Thank goodness for Phoenix Pest Management & Wildlife Control and their agent Sullivan McKee. Imagine our disappointment when the scratching was back in the attic less than a year after the last company “fixed” the problem. Our whole townhouse building was infested with RATS! AGAIN! Sullivan diagnosed our problem and set up a plan to get rid of them permanently. It was reasonably priced and comprehensive. Sullivan’s follow thru was wonderful, always on time, pleasant and courteous. If you have pest or worst, Sullivan is person you want to solve your problem.

I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for help with wildlife removal. I appreciate that they sent a technician down the same day that I called, and that it was actually the technician and not salespeople who came out. Sullivan (the technician) did not do a cursory exam like everyone else did (I got quotes from three places), but actually took the time to thoroughly look, listen and analyze the situation. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional, coming back several times - including once very late at night - until the job was complete. I also appreciate how specific he was about

Phoenix Pest Management was recommended to us by our pest control company for some bats that had made themselves home in our chimney. Because we live in a townhome, we had to coordinate some of the work with our HOA and Taylor was so patient and an excellent communicator while we worked out the timing of everything. Very professional group. Taylor was at my house quickly, he dusted my attic (in July), sprayed the perimeter of my house, sprayed the inside of the house, and set up some sticky traps to verify the treatment is working. He also walked me around my house pointing out a few area where critters could enter, simple fixes were all that was needed. Very pleased with Phoenix's work.
