Services
Our process begins with a FREE consultation to meet you and discuss your project. We provide you with building and design guidance, identify the scope of work and develop a preliminary budget. Our Builder Agreement triggers the finalization of the Construction Documents and includes submission for permits.

We did a pop-top project with Chris of Hawkeye Renovations as our contractor. This was a large, complex project with the goal of maintaining the character of our 1923 Tudor. Chris listened to our ideas and desired outcome and worked hard to make our vision a reality. Chris has fair pricing, is friendly, flexible and easy to work with, communicates effectively and frequently, produces high quality work, and takes well-deserved pride in his craftsmanship. Hawkeye has renovated both our kitchen and our basement. We gutted our kitchen and dug almost a foot of dirt out of our basement. We are beyond happy with the work and craftsmanship. The budget is on-line, line item by line item. You always know where your $$ is going. We felt they were easy to work with and flexible with design and choices of finishes. We had several customizations during both projects and they took these in stride. We highly recommend them!

Needed an estimate. They came out to look at my job for a closet in a bedroom. Then never called me back. I called them a week or two later. Say said sorry death in the family. I gave them more details that should have made the estimate even easier to complete. Then they failed to call back again.
