I had them come out to find a leak coming from the upstairs shower. He cut holes in my sheet rock, which I don’t mind, ran the shower and came to the conclusion that the water was leaking from the tile floor outside the shower. Well, the next day while my wife took a shower water started pouring down in the kitchen. They charged me $255 for a incorrect diagnosis. Lots of plumbers in the area to choose from, do not make the same mistake I made.

I am only giving the second star because I called on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone there in less than 1 hour.
As for the service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
The pilot light went out on our water tank and we were having issues with the ignition switch. The technician diagnosed it and claimed the gas control knob was bad. He offered us the option of replacing it (~$600) or having the water heater replaced (~$1200).
We felt the need to seek a 2nd opinion the next morning. A technician arrived and solved the problem in less than 30 minutes without replacing a single thing!

Doing some work on the house and a slip of some material and it snapped the hose bib off behind the threads. Needed to turn water off to the house to get it stopped. Called Aaaction Plumbing, they quickly got me in touch with Ed, he explained the timing and said he could have a technician within 1-2 hours, which was fine. Ed kept me in the loop, as I was away from the house in the afternoon. Called me again when the technician was on the way.
