BACK 2 BASICS MINISTRY is a non-profit 501(c)(3) ministry that brings the love of God to abused, neglected, and forgotten people. Had Plum Perfect come out to my home after the freeze in February of 2021. They repaired several leaks (16) and left a couple that still needed repair due to running out of material but did inform me of their location..come to find out there was an additional handful of leaks left undetected by them and now my house has been fully repaired from the freeze and has new additional damage due to them not fully assessing my home from the get go.

Called Plumb Perfect and they were able to get a technician out to our house the same day. Very professional - they called and texted to let me know when the technician would arrive. Steve was so, so pleasant. He was very knowledgeable... turns out we didn't have an issue with our water! Great value and very decent people. Will be using them in the future! Highly recommend.

WARNING!!! Using this company can endanger the lives of you and your family! This company cuts corners and has a complete lack of care for the safety of their customers and families.
We had a tankless water heater installed by these people in 2017, and turns out, they did not glue in the exhaust vent, and the vent itself was not even long enough the go out the roof (possible back drafting of exhaust/ carbon monoxide poisoning risk). This comes a month after a family of 4 were killed from carbon monoxide poisoning due to a dislodged exhaust vent- probably bc who ever installed it did not glue

BEWARE! They do not stand behind their work. We paid Steve Crixell over $400.00 for his service visit to repair our clogged washing machine drain. Steve ran a quick rinse and spin cycle for about 2 mins and said everything was working fine. The next morning I ran a full load of clothes and the drain backup. The clog was still there. We called and left a message with Steve he never returned the call. We emailed Steve with no response. We ended up emailing again and called several more times with not response from Plumb Perfect/Steve. We ended up unclogging the drain ourselves. Steve finally
