Unfortunately we had ask for assistance with a kitchen sink. He never showed up, never followed up. Disappointed in the lack of follow through. We had infant twins and our sink had fallen out. My then husband, being is cousin asked for help. Very sad part is, they did this to family. Unreliable and unprofessional.

I cannot thank you all enough for helping us out after we had pipes bust during the freeze. The guys that came were knowledgeable and quick. They explained what they did and didn't give a Houston freeze pricing. I heard horror stories but you all are now my forever go to for plumbing.

They came out promptly to give us a quote for whole house repiping. Their pricing was very competitive and we decided to go with them based on quote and prior reviews. We are very happy we did! The group of men that came worked very hard to get the job done and kept us in the loop with process all along the way. George was one of the few plumbers to answer his phone and put us on his schedule for emergency repairs during the recent big freeze. He regularly responded regarding schedule and showed up today during the scheduled window. Polite and professional we had water restored about an hour after his arrival.

Super friendly guys. They sent a guy out for free to inspect my situation and give me a price on what I wanted. The cash discounts are incredible. They are very thorough an professional. Absolutely amazing! Came out within an hour to convert my gas line so I could hook up my dryer and price was very reasonable. He even helped me bring my dryer in and hook it up!. I will be using this company again 100% and highly recommend.

Wow, outstanding! Great customer service from when I called at 11:26p.m. to the end when they finished. George, Cody and Tony came out and all were very respectful, well mannered and kind. They explained what needed to be done before anything was touched and started on it once we gave our approval to move forward. Finished in less than an hour. Considering the late call, price was fair and satisfactory with the service and late night call. Amazing work and we also received a military discount... sincerely appreciate that! I am so thankful J&G plumbing were able to come out immediately! They help me find the source of the leak for my island, so now I can move forward with insurance and dealing with Lowe's to get my island completely replaced. They were thorough and they were view, make sure to take plenty of pictures and video that they sent me, truly appreciate it.

We called J&G for prior work and were satisfied. This time, however, no such luck. My phone call was answered right away, a time was scheduled, and I was asked to text my address. I found out that my husband had a doctor's appointment and texted right back to see if we could move the appointment forward a few hours. No response. Texted again. No response. My husband finally called and they were to be out at 5:00. We cancelled dinner plans to make sure we were home. They never showed up and never called. Too bad, while they were out I was going to also get a quote for whole-house repipe

We called on Sunday evening and they were willing and ready to come out that day! We ultimately scheduled for between 8am-9am Monday morning(our choice). They got to our home in the indicated timeframe which is always appreciated and finished quickly. They provided a reasonable quote and were very professional even over the phone. We would definitely work with them again!

Stellar service. Clifford answered the phone directly when I had a plumbing emergency. After I explained the situation he said he would be there between 11:30 and 1:30 - only a couple hours advance notice. Made sure we had turned the water off first - showed up earlier than promised. Got right to the situation and gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and offered a couple solutions. Once we decided on the best option he got right to work and fixed our attic leak. Verified all was dry and even fixed a couple other things I had mentioned. All in about 45 minutes. Clifford is awesome

George and Jesse were so polite, down-to-earth, (loved the plumber stories - hilarious & even made me feel better about my own situation, lol) and let's not forget...fast! After a mishap with some feminine products and toddler toilet paper parties, I had things backing left and right simultaneously and a pool forming in my master shower.. ugh :-/
I called J&G, George answered & gave me some immediate instructions and took my address, and within an hour and a half - they arrived and had my lines cleared! Woohoo!

WOW! Not often can we just applaud a business for such amazing job! Let me just say George and Jessie picked up the phone and heading my way in all of 30 minutes from me hanging up the phone. My sink was so stopped up and full of grease. They had to "snake" it twice. It had even managed to back up into a bathtub. Which they unplugged and cleaned out. He made sure that the water was flowing from the clean-out outside, as well as the sink and bathtub inside.

I called them when the hot water heater needed to be replaced. They came on the same day to check out the set up and were back the next day. It was incredibly hot and the water heater was in the attic. They were very efficient and fast. They took the time to explain the functions and maintenance. Great company. Highly recommend.

Excellent plumbing installation of our new faucets. They arrived right on time and did a very thorough installation. Having two instead of one plumber show up was really nice and took very little time. They always answer the phone unlike most plumbers and gave me a reasonable estimate right over the phone. Called to make an appointment to have them look at a plumbing issue I was having. They said they would come later that day. They never showed up. They never answered my texts or called me back. Don't waste your time waiting on them to come by. Find someone else.
Update: I called the number 713-545-0655 & made the appointment for Thursday later in the day. I spoke with a man but he didn't give me his name.
