Jim & Joe were excellent! They cleaned my husband's beloved 25 year old recliner---looks like new! As well, we have a new very expense American Leather (fabric) queen size sofa bed my large dog urinated on during a thunderstorm. It has a gel mattress and urine went through the cushions and layers of mattress. All stains removed, smells great! Both men hard workers (here over 2 hrs), great communicators... with skills and knowledge to match!

Therefore, they were the automatic choice when it came to cleaning a massive three story stairway with several landings in a rental property, that suffered from heavy foot traffic, pet accidents, as well as numerous spills/stains, even when I was told that they could not get to my project for over a month.

Jim came to my house twice. The first time was to clean multiple carpet areas, the second to clean, as best as possible, two off-white sofas that had been soiled by rambunctious foster rescue dogs. Jim was very courteous, personable and thoroughly explained the process both times. He also told me that due to the sofa fabric that not all of the stains would come out. The carpets looked like new and were beautiful. And, as Jim had warned me, while, overall the sofas looked much better, not all of the stains were able to be totally removed. But, I was happy the sofas were clean. I was very pleased

We call Jim “ the carpet whisperer.” He analyzes each carpet and uses non-toxic cleaning solutions specific to the type of fiber. He identifies pet soiling with a black light and treats those areas with a solution that neutralizes odors and bacteria. We have been using this company’s services since 1989 and have never been disappointed. Our carpets, look as good as new, dry relatively quickly and are soft to the touch. We have also used them to clean upholstery with great results. Highly recommended!

This is our 3rd round with Chem-Dry of Rochester and I plan to be a permanent customer. We've used several other companies and there is NO comparison....no way, no how.
Yes, they are more expensive but so worth it. They are high on the list with their EXPERIENCE, their quality of work, their equipment, their knowledge, their cleaning process and the quality of time they spend on the job. They are friendly and definitely provide great customer service.

I wish I had taken pictures of our carpet than runs through the living room, dining room, up the staircase and across the upstairs hall way before they were cleaned. The results are amazing. I truly thought we were going to have to replace this 25 year old carpet due to years of dirt and stains. We probably only cleaned them 2-3 times with our bissel. The stains are gone and the carpets look new again. The staircase and living room rugs are the most impressive since they had the most use and stains.
