My experience in May 2019 was great. I sent them a message, and heard back very quickly - asking about the year, make, model and damage. I got an estimate shortly afterwards, all within an hour.
Nash came to my car at work. He pointed out a few other window chips that I hadn't noticed. I watched him replace the whole windshield in about 45 minutes. The process was fascinating.

Driving on I-5 on thanksgiving day and heard a loud noise, next thing I see is a spider wine like crack surrounded by a ring shape crack. Justin responded to my voicemail promptly even it was on thanksgiving day. Forgot to take a before picture, but it definitely turned out better than I thought. Given the size and depth of the crack, I didn't expect it to turn out better than this. Thanks Justin for the good work.

They were so great and I would highly recommend them. They were able to drive down to my work and quickly fix my windshield the same day that I called. They also helped me contact my insurance so that the cost would be covered. My tech Justin Heinrich was very kind, helpful and very timely. the finished product looks great. Justin was a nice guy. Very informative. Offered to have insurance pay but I paid with card. He fixed three rock chips/cracks in less than 10 minutes at has station while I pumped gas. I've always been cautious of these car wash auto glass repair spots and now my intuition has been confirmed.
Small crack on my windshield which I knew had to be correct asap as to not have it spread. Went to get my weekly car wash and got the sales pitch. I decided to let the "professionals" take care of it, as I bought an at home repair kit but had no experience. The worker Justin did a below average job on the repair but I didn't care I just didn't want the crack to spread and end up having to buy a new windshield.

Well Justin seems to be a nice guy and response fast, I have a tiny rock chip on my windshield, so i sent request on yelp to several repair shops and Justin was the first one replied and offered to come to my office, and he showed up on time and was nice and all
However here I have to give only two star is because the repair job he did was pretty bad in my perspective. The chip size was so tiny so I would expect a good result, I know it won't be perfect but the chip should at least be hard to detect afterwards.
But it was not, after his repair, I have a bigger, white spot on my windshield

Called Justin during work after a rock had chipped my windshield during the weekend. He was able to come to my work within a few hours, and perform the process in our parking lot. He was very knowledgable and was even willing to give me a discount.

My second rock ding in 6 months. Super annoying but so glad that I found this place a few months ago. The ding occurred at 2:08pm today. Came home and called my insurance who connected me to Justin. He was so awesome and I was able to make an appointment for him to come to where I live at 4pm. He even showed up 10 mins early.
He does great work and I would recommend him to everyone that needs a ding in their car windshield fixed.

Justin is the man! We took a trip down to San Diego to catch a baseball game last week and unfortunately a big truck kicked up some debris and put a big chip into my windshield. Since I drive a beat up old chevy I debated even getting it fixed......but who wants to be that guy? Luckily I whipped out Yelp and found california auto solutions. Obviously there were some bigger shops with 100+ reviews but i don't like to support those guys, I am glad I didn't. I called Justin and he came right over to take care of my car personally. Quick fix. Easy. Done.
