Ever since I owned a home, I have worked with so many contractors for various purposes. Among all of the them, Ben is easily the most professional and honest person to work with. After the installation of the shower door, I was not happy with the alignment which was caused because of slight bend in the door. When brought to his notice, without arguing a bit or trying to convince me, he changed it for a new one.
He is quick to respond and the answers patiently to any questions you have.
The price is also the best among any other quote that I received. I will be happy to get their service in

Ben was friendly, responsive, and had the best price. He also was very knowledgeable about the shower guard that is baked into glass vs the coating and explained all the options. He came in person to measure. The enclosure was fabricated pretty quickly in a week or so and the installation was done very professionally on same day they brought it. Ben also came to bring the enclosure handle hardware and inspect it once installation was almost finished. It looks fantastic!

I contacted Ben at Santa Clara Glass along with a number of others. All the prices were about the same but I really liked Ben's straightforward and honest discussion. He gave me choices with trade offs for our 2 bathrooms. One was a frameless corner glass and the other was on top of a tub. I liked his responsiveness and he did not push an agenda vs others. His installers are good,they removed the existing shower enclosure and put the frameless one up matching the holes and such. They were very effective and clean. His quote included tax, and his end cost was the same. I would recommend

If you want to deal with rude owner Ben, please go ahead and waste your money. The installers was great but owner's attitude sux like nobody's business. He installed shower enclosure door that won't shut properly and told me that's the way it is.. self centered hinges on frameless showers should be used so the door would align properly. I would had given negative five stars if given option!!!
He was more expensive than others but used him which was probably my mistake. Originally quoted $1700, follow by $150 for enclosure removal and then said tax has not been included even

We got our shower stall glassed by Santa Clara Glass. When i contacted Ben for measurements, he came by, but it so happened the other contractor who was constructing the shower had few minor things left to complete. So, he said it is not quite ready for measurements and that he would have to come back again. He was not mad for wasting his time, he said he want to be perfect than just getting close to perfect measurements. he came for measurements again.
Also, we thought we will get new mirror for vanity. But he saw our existing glass and said the one we have is fine and we should just reuse

I'll start off with the good stuff:
- The mirrors that were installed look absolutely GREAT, and I'm very happy with the installation job.
- Their response time was phenomenal, and was the main reason that I chose Santa Clara Glass.
Not as good stuff:
- Their initial price estimate was on the higher side (~75th percentile) in comparison to other competitors. The only reason I accepted was because not only did they respond first, but they claimed they would be able to finish the job in the following week.
- The job did not actually finish the following week. Supposedly there was an accident

I needed patterned glass for a new walk-in shower, and a vanity mirror. Ben was responsive, had the best price, and came in-person to measure and confirm that the walls were plumb. Very friendly and pleasant to work with. His installation crew was quick and did a great job. I'm very happy with the results, and will call upon Ben for future glass work.

WOW! This company responded via Yelp quotes over the weekend, very flexible and trustworthy!
I highly recommend using them as Ben was great to work with. They got my work window replaced even with all the riots going on on SJ!
They took the measurements without me having to meet them and installed in minutes!

One of our rolling/sliding glass doors on our downstairs shower shattered while we were out of town and we think it happened while our cul-de-sac was being repaved and somehow the vibration from the heavy equipment transferred to the stressed shatter proof glass. Anyway, it was an unpleasant surprise to come home to - our dismembered shower door in a large and scattered pile on the floor. It was stress thinking about replacing it since it would be a small custom job and in expensive San Jose, it can be difficult to get anyone's attention for small jobs.

Right from my first interaction with Ben, the owner, I had a good feeling about this company. Ben worked with me to design and customize our glass shower enclosure. He listened to what I wanted and he delivered exactly that!!!!
I had estimates from other glass companies and Ben was by far the best price and the most personable. The quality is amazing and definitely feels luxurious. The guys who came to install the glass were professional and courteous. I am beyond thrilled with my shower glass enclosure!!!

The great experience started with the owner Ben. For medical necessity/reasons time was of the essence to fix this particular shower (wife can't use the other). I asked for a quote here on Yelp. Ben was the first, and only, to respond with something other than a cut and paste... "call me".
Seems the measurements I provided "couldn't be correct" because they were non-standard. Nobody else looked at them (didn't know?) nor cared enough to ask. Ben called me and I confirmed the measurements I had provided so he came after work to see for himself!
